I contacted Granite State Inspection Services for a mobile home inspection in late March. Mike was very flexible with his availability. We had to cancel the appointment due to our scheduling issues and he was kind enough to refund us. We then had the opportunity to need to book another mobile home inspection in April and we contact Granite State again. Mike was again very accommodating. He met my realtors and me on time and was ready to get to work. He performed all of the standard inspection services and was great about explaining everything to me along the way. He took plenty of time and went into every necessary space himself or used cameras or drones to get into the hard to reach spots. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend him! We got our inspection report within a few hours of the inspection. Great business!!
