I recently had a frustrating experience with the owner that left a bad taste. From the moment they walked in, their attitude was dismissive and rude. Despite my best efforts to assist them, they continued to be confrontational and uncooperative. It’s disheartening to encounter someone who seems unwilling to engage respectfully. I strive to provide excellent service, but dealing with such negativity made it incredibly challenging. I hope for a more positive interaction next time.
