Amazing! Would highly recommend Shrunk Roofing, and Siding. Their team worked diligently and laboriously for an entire week from sun up to sun down at our home. We were so impressed with the whole crew. They are all such hard workers and they treated our property like it was their own home. They’re very meticulous, with Carlos and his brother being perfectionists, they and their crew definitely are who you want on your side, working on your home. Sophie, Brian, and Jason were very patient with me and my indecisiveness on what siding and color options to choose. They communicated well and it was easy to ask questions if needed throughout the process. This is the crew you want if you’re leaning towards Diamond Kote LP siding, which, in my opinion after spending WEEKS studying siding options, is about the best on the market, even though there’s no siding options that check ALL the boxes. You can’t go wrong with Shrunk Roofing and Siding for your siding needs.(No, I don’t know anyone who works for them. This is just an honest review.)

Schrunk roofing is top notch when it comes to customer service and quality. Recently had hail damage to our roof and gutters. It was a quick process establishing needs and wants. Schrunk provided quick feed back and a wide variety of roofing options. Took only 2.5 weeks from the day of the storm to having the new roof completed.

The job was done on time, they worked so hard, everyone was great to work with from the owner to all the staff. Everything was completely picked up and my roof looks amazing!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Early Summer of 2024 my house got hit with hail damage and I needed a new roof and siding. My insurance company only wanted to give me a half a roof and side only the front of the house. Brian came over and showed me how I needed the whole roof fixed and worked with me the whole time getting the information I needed to the insurance company. He was awesome with eventually getting me a full roof and the whole house sided. His crew was incredible and did top notch work. I had one tiny issue and they took care of it the next day. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I need work done. Thank you again Brian and crew.

Called 4 or 5 times. Never got a call back. Moved on to someone else.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The project manager (Brian, I think his name was) called me the same day I requested an estimate and came out the very next day as promised.
I called three other roofing companies, and all said they would come provide an estimate, however, Brian's the only one that showed up! VERY glad as they were all amazing!

The team at Schrunk was awesome to work with. Totally transformed our home, with new siding, windows, soffit, facia, and gutters! They can do it all!

I've ask you repeatedly to come check out the gutters & ice stop you did on our house 3 yrs. ago & you don't! The ice stop is all bent & the gutters were never attached right! Disappointed to say the least! Your response just shows how much you care about customers reports. It took you 5 months to even respond!

The guy who does their estimates was pleasant. However, not the most honest.
He told me, when driving up my street, he could tell that my existing shingles could not be matched. They were not sold anymore and I should pick from the brand of shingles he sold.
One of their competitors, had no problem finding the exact shingle I have. They were also 15% cheaper!

Schrunk Roofing does a wonderful job! They pay attention to every detail. The best part is… when they are done the job site is cleaner than when they showed up!!

I had $50k+ worth of hail damage this year to our house. Schrunk is more than roofing. They underbid all their competitors and replaced our metal roof, gutters, siding, windows, doors, and installed Versetta Stone beautifully. The end product was absolutely top notch. If you have work to be done I highly recommend you give these guys a look.

Very pleasant and professional to work with, and extremely flexible and accommodating. Gave sensible and reliable advice to use in making informed choices. The siding crew was exceptional and did a large and complicated job quickly and flawlessly. They were on-site early and worked late every day despite brutally hot temperatures. Great attention to detail by all representing this company. Five-star rating to all aspects of this project. Very highly recommended and absolutely would use them again.

This is the 2nd time we've had the privilege of working with Schrunk roofing. There were there when they said, got each roof done in a day, cleaned up after themselves. We didn't even get any other estimates! If I had a question I could I could text or email them and heard back from them asap. Would definitely recommend them

Originally had a different group lined up for a pretty major project. That fell through, and I was fortunate enough to hear about Schrunk roofing through a third party.

Their work exceded my expectations. They worked a miracle on my garage. And, I couldn't have asked for more regarding my house.

This company is easy to work with and very responsive to any questions you might have.

We had a few shingles blown off. While this was a very small job, Schrunk Roofing came the next day and repaired the shingles. That’s great service and a good investment because when our roof needs replaced or something bad does happen such as a hailstorm requiring replacement of our roof, they will be my first call.

Schrunk Roofing took on a project at our home that no one else was willing to do. We have a large, two-story stucco home. We needed the stucco removed to replace with siding. The end result is beautiful. Their team was professional, easy to work with, and their work is of the highest quality.

Had roof inspection due to hail damage. When when decided to go with color and what else needed to be done everything went quickly after that. Dumpster and roofing materials were delivered a few days before crew arrived. Crew was here and gone less then 4 days. Cleaned up as if they were never here.

We had Brian, Jason & team do a full siding replacement, gutter replacement & new front door installation and were very happy with their quick & high quality work! They also beat out other bids we had by quite a bit and communicated well when delays occurred with product arrival (out of their control). Very happy with the results and work they did for us!

Competitive, on time and professional operation- my experience with Schrunk Roofing was a 10 out of 10.

Good response at getting estimate and getting to doing my roof which was leaking. They did great job and got to it quickly and cleaned up very good. Would recommend them to everyone.

I had damage to my roof caused by the hail storm in 2017. I called 3 different roofing companies to inspect my roof for damage and give me an estimate. Schrunk Roofing was the only one who showed up. Their estimate was a little bit different than my insurance company’s estimate. Their guys worked directly with my insurance company to make sure my roof was repaired and restored to new condition. The roof installers were very respectful to my property and worked very quickly. I suspect there were well over 100,000 nails removed from my roof and another 100,000 used to install my new shingles. In the last 2 years, I have only found 2 nails in my landscaping. Their guys cleaned up after the job beyond what I would have expected. Thank you Schrunk Roofing for the fantastic job. I will recommend you to all of my friends and family. Sorry it took so long to write my review.

One star because they roofed the house but told me he was going to do all the necessary work the insurance company stated after a big hail storm. He got his money for the roof and down the road they went left me hanging and the crew also left me a pile of bottles and trash in my attic while they were roofing. To many other honest companies out there don't waste your hard earned money on this one.

See Update below...Roof was fine. Not as good as the one before it. But, all in all fine. My main complaint is that they gouged my driveway with the rolloff. They put the rolloff on the driveway. They were told specifically not to put it there. Then, despite reiterating not to put it there several times, (including 3 times to the guy that showed up to do the job) they still put it in the driveway. When we said something to them about the damage they said it's not that bad and that they weren't doing anything about it. As long as you don't have a new driveway or one you're worried about getting damaged, you'll be fine.
Oh, and you'll likely have to clean up nails and such when they're done.

I received a response to this indicating my street was too steep. I live on a completely FLAT street. So don't play games. You failed miserably period.

This company was hired at the recommendation of my realtor at Keller Williams. The job was supposed to be finished the first week of July. They were supposed to replace the roof on the original portion of my dutch colonial and the crew didn't even do the gables and they left roofing nails and shingle bits all over my yard! They have not been back. I spoke with Jason, in person, about a week or so after the first deadline and he agreed that it was not done and a crew would be back the next day. Nobody came. We called about a month after and he said they were just very busy and they hadn't forgotten us.

It's been almost 3 months since it was originally supposed to be completed and we have not heard a thing. I understand having a busy schedule but if you say you're going to get something done and you don't, then you're either unorganized or dishonest. Very unprofessional.

I'm assuming he hasn't been back because I had permission from the previous owner to keep the $500 off sheeting he ordered that he never used. Instead of him returning it and pocketing the leftovers. Keep track of what you're being charged for.

Lesson learned. I should have hired people I could trust.

**Update** Two weeks after posting this, a crew came out to finish our roof. Not sure if it was because of my review or another reason, as it was never mentioned. Just wanted to be fair by updating. Crew was fast and did a much better job at cleaning up than they did previously. I wish the communication had been better. I think we could have avoided a negative review (which I hate to do, reason why I waited 3 months to write it) if it had been. I'll switch my 1 star to 3 because the situation was rectified.

I called this company in 2016 for an estimate. I told the guy (didn't get his name) that there was a hole in the garage roof and the back and front porch roofs were leaking. He said well is it more that $500.00. I told him I don't know I'm not a roofer. He said well if it is under $500 I'm not going to waste my time. I called another roofing company and they came out. I explained my issues. He got up on the roof and said do you know you have hail damage. I said no. Contacted my insurance company and got complete new roof on the house and garage. Since it wasn't worth your time you missed out on a lot of money!!

We had our house complely redone by Jason Shrunk, roof, siding, and gutters. I am so in LOVE with my house! The crew while here were wonderful to work with. Polite and answered all my questions and concerns. Even went around my whole yard and street with a magnet to collect all scraps and nails to make sure our kids didn’t get hurt or us a flat tire. Jason himself was fun to work with. Very easy going and understanding to all my crazy requests. I would highly recommend Shrunk to anyone looking for siding and roofing needs.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Left a trailer with flat tires, full of their garbage in front of my house for a few weeks. Cardboard blew out and some old siding from the house next door. I understand they have a job to do, but don't leave your trailers taking up half the block for weeks. When I asked him to move it Friday evening before Fathers Day, for my family parking, Mr. Shrunk admitted his truck broke down and couldn't move the trailer. He was very rude and uncordial when I offered to move the trailer with my truck.

As for my neighbors siding, they are hauling as and although I'm not in love with the color, it looks installed well.

I am very disappointed with Jason Schrunk. His crew did a fine job putting our roof on, and it looks good, but they left our gate open and let 2 of our dogs escape, after I told them about dogs being in back. Luckily a kind stranger found them and brought them home after an hour long frantic search. His excuse was that there was a language barrier, so they probably didn't understand to leave the gate closed. When he phoned me about it, I had other questions for him also, and when he answered these questions he was extremely rude to me, even though we had just spent almost $13,000 with his company. I would not recommend anyone use this company unless you want to be treated rudely.

Jason was a breeze to work with. Very professional and kind. His crew work really hard and did a great job. When they were done their clean up was so good it was as if they were never here. Amazing work!!!
