CW Suter Services

We had been without a/c for several weeks, with several days at 95 plus. We had dealt with 3 other companies advising us they corrected the issue and if it still did not work we would need to install a new unit. Our unit is almost 6 years old and out of warranty. I called CW in the early am, a tech was sent out that afternoon. Aaron spent 2hours fixing our unit. Doing what another company stated they did. Along with checking the entire unit out and fixing minor issues and telling us WHAT was most likely the biggest issue. He explained every thing in laymans terms, and was very curtious with all my questions. By the time Aaron left the humidity was dropping in our house and slowly the house began to cool off. By morning our house was at temp we wanted. WHO EVER is in charge of raises please give him a raise. As u have now gained a customer for life. Thanks Aaron

Aaron had a young man who was learning and I was pleased to hear how learnedly Aaron spoke to him and explained things. Aaron also knew I was concerned the day before as I called him about smelling a faint smell of smoke. He assured me he checked everything and all was good.

Eric did a fantastic job. He explained everything to me in a way that made it easy to understand what he was telling me. He's very polite and professional. He's an excellent representative of your company. It was my first time working with your company and everyone did a wonderful job. I would recommend you to my family and friends.

Nice work and the guys were fast and knew what they were doing. Also I appreciate that they did clean up after they did finish.

Had an older unit needed replaced as it was NOT keeping up.. Was going to call around for other bids but their customer service was worth it.

Had the guys install it in a day! Mind you it was raining that day - I was worried about my wood floors getting dirty. The install guys had shoe covers on and even protected our wood floors without being asked to! Polite and on time!!!

I was trying to hurry us out the door by 7:30am cus they told us “we will
be there between 7:30 -8:00” right on at 7:30!!! Hahaha !!!

Everyone was so so polite and helpful!!!! Thanks guys!! Thanks for the tumbler and cookies too! Hahaha

I asked him to please be quiet before he arrived. My kids were still asleep. Mission accomplished. Showed up. Used a handsaw and was out in less than 30 minutes. Kids never knew what happened. Thank you

We called right before noon due to furnace not working. We had to leave for work at 1:30. They were awesome and showed up to fix furnace in enough time to make it possible to get to work on time. Very professional when they came in the house and when calling for payment.

Called as a rush for my parents furnace and they were there quick. Fixed the issue and did not charge an arm and a leg! From Jen who answered the phone to the service guys they sent out, all pleasant and easy to work with.

Was able to get out to repair our furnace within 2 hrs of calling, great customer service and got the job done right immediately!

I am grateful to Leon who has provided my heating and air conditioning needs for many years. He is excellent at his job.

My mom’s furnace went out. It’s a Saturday afternoon and temps are gonna be below zero all weekend. Spoke to on call tech and when I gave name and address, he stated she has never had service with them and they only provide after hours service for customers on their annual maintenance and member service plans. I informed him the furnace was installed through the Woodbury county community action agency program for elderly but that my husband and I have had work done with them. Nope. Doesn’t matter. Said would have to pay the annual membership and the annual furnace maintenance fee (which came to $495) upfront before could come service the unit. Any actual service, labor, parts etc would be in addition to that. That was just to be considered a customer of theirs which would allow them to come provide service. I immediately ended the call. What has happened to customer service and compassion? We understand it will cost extra for an emergency service call and are not asking for any charity work. We are willing to pay the emergency after hours cost….but that’s just plain greedy if you ask me. Shame on them. It’s an elderly lady in winter with no heat who would not be able to afford the ridiculous annual membership plan/fees to be a “regular customer”. Way to weed out the lower income customers. Thank you to kalins and Anderson heating and cooling for doing right for customers.

It's very difficult to find an HVAC contractor who can service heating boilers at the residential scale but C.W. delivers and has taken care of our boiler heating our old Victorian house. Thank you for your professionalism!

Hi, I was having concerns re: my furnace on of all nights, Christmas Eve. I called and spoke with Brandon at Suter. He graciously listened to my issues and concerns and stated that he would send Leon over in awhile. Leon showed up, listened to my concerns and checked everything over very thoroughly. He cleaned a couple things, and he gave me some recommendations. Then he was on his way. He was very personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. He told me I could sleep well that night cause there was no issue with the furnace. And I did thanks to Brandon and Leon. Highly recommend these men and Suter. Thank you once again.

Ricardo came out to our home very quickly after we called (on a Saturday!!), he explained the problem very well, and he was super friendly! I am so happy we have a service agreement with CW Suter!

The techs that came and installed our new geo-thermal compressor were professional, efficient and respectful. Top notch work, next level service.

Technician arrived the day after I called. He said he found the problem and fixed it within an hour. I'm also happy because he said that if the problem isn't solved and he has to come back within a month I won't have to pay another service charge

Very good and dependable technician. I've had Aaron for 7 years now, ever since your company installed my furnace. He's very good at what he does. Very business like and courteous. He knows what he's doing.

CWSuter came quickly, after hours, during a snow storm. Fixed our humidifier on our furnace (it was leaking water). Technician was quick, thorough and very nice. We have an annual contract with Suter and they do promise to come right away no matter the time of day. Great company.

Eric did a wonderful job as usual.... he keeps all my heating and cooling up and running..... used Suter for years....never dissappointed...

The service representative was neat and knowledgeable . He acted professionally and was on time. He answered all my questions. He made sure that I understood how to operate my new system.

I had a new furnace and AC installed. The men were very competent and efficient. They also explained everything to me. They were also very pleasant to have at my home for the day.
