Bill is a very honest and kind person. Instead of talking me into doing business with him. He tried to save me some money by calling around to find the repair services for my tile roof. Unfortunately no one was available in my local and surrounding areas. His service was fast, professional, and affordable. He did not charge us for few items when replace my roof. I am extremely impressed and grateful for Will. He made the process of replacing my roof simple and easy. He came to do the estimate the same day that I called him, and he had the work completed within a week of accepting his estimate. He stayed in touch the whole time and showed up every time he said he would- which is rare these days. He & his guys completed the work quickly and made sure to clean up everything. He even got me a great deal on new gutters. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any roof work done.

I bought a duplex a couple years ago. Right before the previous owners sold it, they had a new roof put on. This is a flat roof home. No fault of the roofing company, but 100% fault of the previous owner we were left with a disaster hidden on the inside. I want to be clear---I did NOT have any problems with the TPO roof that was installed. Do to the negligence of the previous owner, I had to do an extensive remodel on the inside that has consumed the last 18 months of my life.

I called Will explained the situation and asked if he could come just check the roof for any potential issues and I had a couple questions on what I should do with some of the attic on the inside. I asked Will if he could do a yearly service and check the roof once a year for my peace of mind. He told me to give him a day or two and he would stop over. Within 2 days he came out, checked over the roof and touched up a couple things, answered my questions and said he would due a yearly check on the roof.

I had an issue with water leaking through a gap in my garage roof. I called on Saturday and William was able to come out and fix the issue on Monday morning. He is explained the issue and quickly fixed it. I definitely recommend to anyone that needs work done on their roof.

Ideal Roofing recently did repairs on one home and replaced the roof on another for me. Hands down I would recommend them to everyone. Not only were they efficient and courteous but when the owner saw I had a problem area on one of the roofs , he went the extra mile and provided me with special Roofing at no charge to ensure it would not leak! Not only did they do a beautiful job but cleaned everything up when they were done.

Due to snow and ice, I had some light water damage in one of my rooms in the house. Within 30 minutes of calling them, they were on the roof checking it out. They figured out the problem and quickly made the fix. They are also coming back in a week as a quality check. Highly recommend them.

We hired Mr. Casey for Snow removal from roof 3-8-20. Ideal roofing did a outstanding job, we will not have any ice damage now, very professional job and cleanup of snow removed from roof. He did a great job explaining what damage can be caused by leaving the snow in place. All of this for a very fair price. Ideal Roofing will be are go to, for anything with our roof. I called ideal roofing after I experienced a leak from my attic/roof. This occurred late in the afternoon on Friday. Will made it out to my house the very next day - on a weekend! He spent a good amount of time in my attic thoroughly checking everything and explaining everything to me during the inspection. I live about 35 minutes away from Sioux City and having Will drive that distance on a Saturday left me with peace of mind for the weekend!

We had our roof done by Will Casey and his crews from Ideal Roofing. The crews from Ideal Roofing and Will himself did a fantastic job and the roof looks wonderful. Unfortunately, we have had to have our roof repaired twice due to storms in 3 years and this time we went with Ideal Roofing Co. His bid was reasonable and he and his crew completed the work in one day with excellent clean up. Will was diligent and gave wise advice about installing hail-resistant shingles. We give him an A+

Our roof had to be replaced due to a recent storm. The service provided by Mr. Casey was amazing. He was involved in the whole process from beginning to end, and was very prompt when answering questions and returning phone calls. They were able to completely tear off and re-shingle the entire roof in one day. The whole crew is efficient, hard working, and detailed oriented. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof.
