Schoenherr Roofing - Rochester, MI

Technician arrived, I explained my concerns/issue. He quickly added a piece of flashing to fill the void. He climbed on the roof and checked all of the other little niches in the returns and found no other openings. In and out in 15 mins. Nice polite young guy.

Awesome experience!!! Dustin was professional, courteous and prompt. He arrived exactly when he said he would, treated my home with respect, explained what he was taking care of and finished timely. I will always call them for my roofing needs and I hope so get Dustin again!!!!!

Never used this company but came across one of their employees on 30 east in Galion Ohio and I was merging on from an on ramp and he would not get over to allow me on when there was no traffic coming, he then flew past me recklessly. Just based on his driving, defintely not a company id even recommend for roofing needs ‍♀️

Sam, Caleb, Dustin, and Jake at Schoenherr Roofing have done a great job at my home. They were flexible and able to repair my roof in no time. Woke up to your crew doing our neighbors roof. We received no notice of when these activities would be taking place, not even a knock on the door this morning. When I went to move my car there were already nails all over the driveway. Did my best to pick them up, but still had to move the vehicle under threat of nails. If I end up with nails in my tires you'll be hearing from my lawyer.

Schoenerr Roofing of Rochester, Michigan helped my grandma identify some problem areas on her roof in with a 21 point inspection and fixed her leak faster than estimated, she was ecstatic. Shoenherr roofing has yet again exceeded my expectations. They installed my roof over a year ago and came back today to address some minor damage from a fallen tree limb. No questions asked other than when can we come out to fix this for you. Thank you Caleb! Photos show before and after.

Caleb was great I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get some repair work done to our roof after not getting a phone call for a while but he was able to get us in the next week and had the work done very quickly. He even went beyond and inspected the rest of our roof and caught things our inspector didn’t. Definitely will continue to use/refer Schoenherr Roofing because of him!

I had a wonderful experience with Schoenherr Roofing from the beginning of the process to the end. Brad, our roofing specialist, was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish I was very impressed with the communication and professional attitude with each person in the process of quoting our roof to install. Even the day of , they worked with us having small children.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a roofing company. The whole team that I worked with are hardworking and so knowledgeable about their product. I couldn’t be happier!!

Pleasant, polite, precise; showed up on time and moved through the installation like a military operation. First the waste trailer showed up and was parked near the job site. The work crew than arrived, said hello and covered all the scrubs and flowers around our home with tarps. The crew began to strip off the old singles and were placed in the waste trailer, while that happened the new singles arrived and were uploaded to the roof. The roof was than installed with all flashing replaced, new drip edge and roof vent. The next day Chad came by for a review of the install and a final walk around to check for debris. The waste trailer was then picked up. No surprises, did what they said they would. Very will organized.
