The team at Original Roofing never stopped or got discouraged when they ran into surprises. On our 100 year old house. They cleaned up the job site each day and were very curtious and responsive to any questions. Great Job!

My roof was damaged by a hailstorm and leaked into two rooms. Austin, the roofing company rep, coordinated with our insurance company, resulting in more coverage than i’d imagined. The six-person roofing crew was incredibly hard working, starting at 7:30 and working until dusk. They finished our large, steep roofing project involving shingle removal, installation of new weather barrier and roofing shingles and a gutter system in three long days. The perimeter of our house was cleaned of debris each day. This company has polite, professional staff, whom I highly recommend if you need a major roof repair.

We noticed a few neighbors getting their roofs replaced, and a couple had signs for Original Roofing Company. I reached out and Austin helped us through the claim process, and got our roof completed timely. The were done in two days, cleaned up, and it looks great!

We had our roof replaced and Original Roofing met with us to discuss any concerns or current problems we were experiencing. We received a through detailed email explaining what we should expect before (dumpster, shingles, etc) the workers would arrive. We had a few surprises once the original shingles were removed, they had to replace more than a few 4x8 sheets. Zach was the Site Manager and he was always available when we had any questions or concerns. The quote we received was a fair quote and everything went as scheduled.

Great company to work with. From inspecting, quoting, scheduling to an agreed upon date, delivery of products and dumpster on promised dates…. The installation crew was amazing. Made sure no damage to our landscaping or structure and cleaned up to leave no nails behind. The roof looks great as we have had several people comment on the look of quality. To add to their professional company, they followed up shortly after the install to make sure we the homeowners were pleased and if there was any additional items we needed. Original Roofing Company is the best out there. It first started with Austin who helped me start this process. He was on top of everything and in constant communication with me. He even had their crew do a bunch of extra stuff for me that they didn’t need to do. The crew was fast with their work but so patient and made sure the quality was A+. Jarred came out to inspect my roof and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, which, fortunately, wasn’t much, despite some signs of hail damage. There was one area with bad cracks and broken shingles that needed replacing. Jarred let me know that he didn’t have a crew available for such a small job, but still offered to find someone from his team who could take care of it. Two hours later, a crew member showed up, replaced the damaged shingles, some other light maintenance, and the job was completed—Final bill $0! Customer satisfaction = 1000%! The day I need a new roof done, I know who I need to call. Truly exceptional service!
