The process of buying my new car started and finished with spectacular customer service. That sold me on the purchasing the vehicle as much as the “mint condition” my new Nissan Z was in when I bought it.
When you go shopping at Scenic Chevrolet, ask for Erik. He was knowledgeable, kind, engaging, and chill to do business with. They also have an awesome warranty and delivered my car to me for free.

Tim is a top notch salesman and he is for the working man/woman. He and the others do all they can do to make sure your purchase is a smooth transition and your needs are met. Very disappointed. Found this fast charging station on my Chevy app in my Equinox EV. We planned a day trip around it only to get there to find a 2500 GMC parked in the ev charging pad and no way to charge. Shame on you for a dealership that sells EV’s and can’t help out a fellow Chevy patron.Terrible!!!!

This place has great reviews so I figured why not give them a shot. Well after driving A hour and a half one way it was the biggest waste of time .Pretty much no negotiation on there end .I tried my best to make it as easy as possible. They don’t wanna give you anything for your trade then they tell me as I’m about to walk out the door the vehicle I was looking at had to have a new engine put in it. That’s why they were asking what they were asking for the vehicle. When where were they gonna disclose that for me? I felt like it was the biggest waste of time. Probably won’t go back.

Took my car in for an oil change, new tires, and warranty work. The guys made everything so easy and Ben went above and beyond to help us. Kendal was very great at communicating and keeping me in the loop about my car and when it would be ready. Christopher was very helpful in getting us the tires we wanted and making sure they were available at our appointment. I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. I was looking to buy new but Scenic had a 2024 GMC Certified GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 that matched the specs I was looking for. Supply was limited in my area so I drove 3 hours to take a look at the truck. They made me a deal I could not refuse and I purchased the truck. There was no hassle or the normal dealer pains that come with purchasing. The truck was as advertised. It took me longer to decide to purchase the truck than the actual out the door payment process. The staff was a pleasure to work with. Most of my deal was done online/email/text before I arrived. Would highly recommend them for anyone to purchase from.

Unknowingly I had been servicing my 14 ELR EV at this joke of a place for 4-5 yrs. Don’t get me wrong, if they like you they make sure you are treated good but if for some reason they don’t. My boy or girl, Run for the hills. They show their true colors, come to find out that they had been neglectful in topping of my coolant(which according to their service rep) they are supposed to with every oil change. I should have listened to my intuition but decided to give them a chance as they are supposed to be a reputable dealer. The straw that broke the camels back was that one of their techs gave me my car filled with smoke in the cabin my last oil change there because he had spilled oil on the hot part of the motor. Gave me the key as if nothing was wrong. I literally had to open the windows and let the fumes out. Go back inside and ask them if my car was ok because it was smoking. They kinda smirked and acted liked I was wrong for being a bit upset and asking them to check and clean the oil off. Can you say entitled? I could understand if I was begging for service but I pay just like anyone else so maybe do your jobs? It’s cool I’m sure corporate office might listen here soon. Way better business practice at other places in Mount Airy no doubt.

After searching the web for specific car, I found what I was looking for in stock at Scenic. I sent a inquiry and received a follow up pretty quickly.
I drove 2 hours from Roanoke and worked with Mike in Sales. Mike had the car upfront and ready for a test drive. He handed me the keys and allowed me to look over the car alone then provided me the paperwork to take on a test drive. Mike gave me ample time to drive around to test and familiarize myself with the car.
A plus was being able to test drive the car alone where I could listen to the car and not worry about a conversation.
Once returning, I knew I wanted to proceed with the purchase and worked with Finance Mgr Jared. Jared worked with a few banks and got me a good interest rate and term on the car. The extended warranty was well explained and the overall experience was great.
I can't say enough the pleasant experience I had with Scenic and will certainly use there dealership again. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase and the entire process was smooth.

Service was good, accomplished the needed service of an oil change and inspection. Had an appointment at 8am, fulfilling the service request took more than an hour. Could have been a little faster but I was ok with the time. They did not reset my oil service light, had to figure that out on my own. Mr. Goodwrench did notice that my car had a missing lug nut, only offered to replace the stud and lug nut, the stud had a small amount of rust on it which he said needed replacing at a cost of $171.00, Uh No I said, just replace the lug nut, he said, Uh No. I had to replace the lug nut myself for a cost of $2.50. Overall service was good, guys were really nice and helpful.

I moved from modern Chevrolet service center to scenic in Mount airy because I was having trouble with modern Chevrolet getting my car repaired. I went several times and cannot get my car fixed. I took it up to scenic and got Kevin and he said he would do what he could do to fix it and just like that he fix my car, everyone in the parts department and service department are wonderful I’m gonna keep my service there thank you guys for repairing my car. Scheduled an appointment for Repair today, I made an appointment because my time is valuable as well, I had a 9 AM appointment to look at a known navigation issue GMC has.they took my vehicle right back and parked in the parking lot. No garage bay-no communication, I found it in the parking lot 45 minutes later waiting to be serviced. They should not have scheduled me at 9 AM And I was there early. The took my vehicle back for 45 minutes to an hour. They were waiting for a qualified tech to be free I was told. if I had not have went to the front counter, it would still be there, and I would still be in the lobby waiting. Sad service again from this facility. I personally will not be back to Scenic GMC lot to buy, sell or service…..
Also, they told me they were going to charge me for the repair of this known GMC defect. !!! SD card had never been removed. Nationwide issue on many GMC vehicles.

My husband and I were traveling to SC we traveled halfway and our truck started acting up. We were able to get to a hotel close to Scenic dealership. It was 4am. We called Scenic right at 8am and they said to bring truck right in. It ended up being a ERG valve and would cost $3200 to fix. This is a pretty big job but they knew we were stranded so they said they would put 2 mechanics on it. They gave my husband a ride to the hotel and picked him up the next day when our truck was fixed. They went above and beyond! Great customer service!

Staff has always been very kind and ready to help. I was disappointed when I went to my car after servicing, I had oil and grease on the driver's side floor mat. I immediatley took my mat in, the service manager was very kind, they cleaned it for me. But that should not have happened.
