Michael was unbelievably helpful when a tree fell on our house over nite on the weekend. His team came on a Sunday morning and did a fantastic job of removing the tree, hauling it away and cleaning everything up on the patio and the yard. I want to first say that this was my first experience having a tree removed. I had several tree companies come out and give me quotes on the job. My tree was less than 15 feet from the back side of my home. That is also the side of the house where my children bedrooms are located. As a mother nothing scares you more than something happening to one of your children especially if it’s something you can prevent. The tree was over 60ft tall and all the limbs were growing just on one side of it . That side just happened to be the side that was hanging over my childrens bedrooms. So I knew I had to do something. When Michael from American Made Tree Service came out to my home he was very honest, respectful, and made it easy to understand how he was going to complete the job and didn’t make me feel as if he was taking advantage of the situation. He ensured me that he would get the tree removed safely and quickly for my family. He and his crew did just that they were out here the next day got the tree down no damage to my home and even stacked the limbs and tree nice and neatly. If anyone ask me who I’m calling next time I need anything like this again it’s them for sure thank you America Made Tree Service for keeping my family safe !!!

This is the 2nd time we've used American Made Tree Service.... Awesome experience, both times! An amazing job, well done by an amazing crew at a very reasonable price! I got 4 estimates to cut 4 large dead oak trees down and hauled away. Mike was by far the lowest. His crew was here on the agreed upon time had 3 trees down and cleaned up in about 3 to 4 hours. Came back the next morning and had the last and largest tree down and cleaned up in about 2 hours. Mike and his crew were very friendly and knowledgeable, very professional. Cleaned up well and put anything that was moved in the yard back where it belonged. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

These guys responded to our needs quickly and did a great job taking down a dead tree (70ft) tall.

This company is fantastic. I asked for a quote to cut down some trees on one of my properties to get a view of the lake. Michael the owner went to the lot and actually recommended that I don't use him because the view from a certain portion of the property would still be blocked out by the neighbors trees. He could have taken my money but he was honest with me and saved me some trouble. He didn't even ask for anything to drive out there for the quote. This company is in it for all the right reasons. They took down some smaller trees in our yard plus trimmed several large trees. Work was completed in timely manner and to our satisfaction. Michael was courteous and responsive and let us know when they were on the way each day.

Mike was doing a tree job at my neighbors. He gave us a card and I asked for an estimate right then. He did! It was very fair. I had forgotten about a tree on the side of the house causing roof damage. I asked if he could do that too and he did! Very reliable, fair, hard working, cleaned up nicely and communicated beyond my expectation! And that's saying ALOT! Thank you AMERICAN-MADE! We will call you again and refer you to friends.

I was very impressed with Michael and his team. He was the first to respond when I sent out texts/call to get quotes. He showed up the very next day and provided me with a very reasonable estimate. I ended up getting 3 more estimates but I'm glad I had American Made do the tree work. He got me the insurance info that eased my mind before they ever started working, and they were all very professional. They took down 3 huge trees very close to my house and driveway with no issues, they worked hard even through some rain showers, and the cleaned everything up before they left. I will definitely use them for future jobs and highly recommend them!

Michael was very professional and gave a very reasonable estimate for the job at hand. His crew were able to complete the job very efficiently and neatly. Specifically , There was a tree that was in a very difficult position , leaning towards the house. They were able to climb it and set up a leverage system of ropes to take it down safely. This company had done work in my neighborhood in Concord, and before driving back home, decided to knock on some doors. I was reluctant, but he promptly allowed me to verify insurance on the phone, and I had 2 dead trees in my yard that needed to come down, plus 2 others that needed cutting. He was ready to start right then! I had priced the work 2 other places, and he was less than either one. (He also took down a huge limb that overhung my neighbors fence.) Owner Michael Hardee had left to find more business, leaving the crew alone, which concerned me, but they worked steadily and safely. Another thing I liked was all work was done by a human climber, with no heavy equipment tearing up my yard, or my neighbors' yard. They meticulously took down the tree over my neighbors', lowering the giant limb inch by inch. The workers were respectful and nice even as I followed them tree to tree. They did an excellent job cleaning up, hauled all the wood away, and used the blower to finish. No money was requested in advance, and the trees were all done in one afternoon, at which time I paid them. I took a bit of a gamble on this out of town company, and got almost perfect service, at a great price, and work done the same day!

Called American Made Tree Service on Tuesday Mike came out that day gave us an estimate. He and his team came on Thursday morning as promised, did a great job trimming our trees all mess was cleaned up. Very professional and courteous.

They respond quickly and are reasonably priced. They did an outstanding job cutting and stacking the tree! Will use them again!

We woke up to half of a tree laying in our yard and across the driveway. I was able to get in touch with Mike early in the morning and by mid afternoon his guys had everything cut and cleaned up. Price was fair, they showed up when they said they would and handled the job quickly.

Michael was very quick to respond to our call and provided us with a fair estimate on the work we needed done. His crew did a great job and removed all debris off our lawn. We will be calling him back for additional tree removal in the fall.

Great service! I didn't have a big job for them but it was a bit too much for me to handle. Big tree that was leaning in the wrong direction for me to do safely. They showed when promised and the price was great. They put the tree down (not sure how) right where i needed it to go. I will be calling Michael again, without hesitation, when needed.

Love this company! We called to have them give us a quote to trim some branches away from the house. While there, they assessed the area and provided some great recommendations of how best to clear out the land. We hired them because of their professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge. Although the weather could have been a hindrance to their work, they managed to fit us in within 24 hours and did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and peformance.

I contacted Mr. Hardee the owner who was responsive to my telephone call. He made the process easy with meeting and estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and his crew arrived on time as planned. We've used this company multiple times. They always do exactly what they said they would do. Always on time, worked hard all day. Crew is very nice but professional. The owner actually answers his phone which is very unusual now days. Once the job is complete they clean up the yard never leaving a mess! We would highly recommend them. And, prices are reasonable. Michael and his team are the best! He was referred to me by a family member. My primary needs were gutter leaf removal, tree pruning and tree removal. Michael is extremely informed in all aspects of the services he provides. He made his recommendations and gave me a quote on the spot. I accepted his quote and his team was onsite working approximately 90 minutes later. He and his team are friendly and courteous. I have never witnessed a group working in sync at such a frenetic pace over a two day period.

The quality of work exceeded my expectations. They removed all debris as promised and certainly left the premises cleaner than they found them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of like services. I have high expectations and would give them a five- star rating.

Do not use this company! He lies and tell you a great price and when he will be there, but does not show up nor does he call. Be very careful when dealing with these companies that promise to perform a service but never follow through. Thank goodness we did not give him any money!!!

Tried to utilize their services to begin the process of having at least one large tree removed, unfortunately, they didn’t show, call, or text back, even though he had the read receipts turned on indicating the texts sent to him were indeed read, but unfortunately no responses were ever given and never heard back from them.

Michael and his crew are awesome! An absolute pleasure to work with! They did a great job for me. Did exactly what I asked and more. I told them to leave the brush I was gonna burn it. They stacked up the wood! Took all the limbs and piled them up on an existing brush pile. It is so nice to see a crew take pride on their work. I highly recommend them. Very prompt in calling back, giving estimates ect. I really cannot think of a better crew.

I had a large dieing maple tree with limbs hanging over the house and deck. Mike's team was amazing. They dropped every limb without any of them coming down on any surrounding buildings. Hustle, hustle, hustle!! Those guys know how to work together. Cleaned up, loaded up and on to the next job. I will definitely use the again!!

If I could give this crew a 6th star - I would.

First off, this was the best price for tree service I could find (most cost effective quote I received). The entire time, Michael was professional and prepared. His crew knew exactly what to do for tree removal - dropped a 60ft tree down perfectly between two other trees and (most importantly) away from cable/internet lines about 20-30 ft from the tree.

And finally, after they finished the one tree, I went to cut down a 2nd tree myself, and that did not go so well - the tree almost fell on those cable/internet lines. I was in a bind, and I called Michael and his team back that night around 7pm, seeing this was a bit of an emergency, and they were there within 30-45 minutes and made sure that 2nd tree fell equally the correct direction - away from the cable/internet lines, and right next to where the first tree fell. And to do this, realizing I was in an emergency, did NOT take advantage of me financially, and just requested for me to pay them what I felt was fair.

Cut down a River Birch that Leaned over several buildings with no problem. Quality work at a very reasonable price.

After several really high quotes, Michael knocked on my door one afternoon, unexpected, introduced himself, gave me his business card, insurance information and a great/fair/reasonable quote.
I needed him to remove a dead white oak tree that happened to be in a very narrow space between my fence snd storage building and right over a carport. Then there were many overhanging/overreaching limbs on 3 other big trees that needed to be removed.
We agreed that the large wood would be cut in to 18-24” lengths and stacked, while the small limbs and brush would be loaded on my trailer.
The day of my appointment Michael gave me a written, detailed quote/receipt and his insurance company emailed me his liability coverage information.
Everything was done by a team of 3 guys, David, Preston and Aubrey, like clockwork. They brought the big tree down, piece by piece and never so much as nicked the fence, building or carport. They worked around my flowers and shrubs without any damage there either! Once the big cutting was done they raked, picked up the small debris and used a leaf blower to finish with the sawdust!
Before packing up, they asked me to look at the completed job to make sure they didn’t miss anything and to make sure I was happy. Happy?! I was thrilled and extremely happy with the whole process: their experience, teamwork professionalism and price!

We had this company to cut down 2 trees for us. They did an excellent job! They were here when they said they would be here and finished the job timely. They cleared away all of the wood, limbs, and debris from our yard when done. The cost for the job was very reasonable. I highly recommend American Made Tree Service!

I took the day off work to clean up the debris in my yard from the ice storm on 2/14/21. Fortunately Will from American Made Tree Service knocked on the door before I started. They removed the debris that I had planned on doing and also took out two trees that I couldn't have done alone. Did every thing that we discussed and at a very reasonable price. Friendly and down to earth guy. Gave me an estimate on doing some more work later, and will definitely be calling them back.

Showed up to the job on time. worked hard for the first two days.
payed him part of the money now i have not seen them in 2 Weeks. 4 trees are 1/2 cut down and laying in my yard. 1 tree is laying in my Nabors yard. Will not answer my phone calls or text.do not use them, you will be sorry.

This Crew had to come in and finish a job that I fired another crew from. Very Hard working, safe, and efficient crew. I would definitely recommend this Crew.
