Sargent Roofs

I used Sargent Roofing based on a recommendation of a friend who is also a realtor. Additionally, I interviewed with five other roofing companies and Sargent was the most affordable by about 15%.

They were great to work with. They explained the challenges of the job, worked exceptionally hard and were very courteous towards myself and my family. The roof looks great and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Ron for all of the hard work, I greatly appreciate it.

Sargent Roofs was great to work with. I had some leaks and called them out for an inspection. It was incredibly thorough and professional with a repair and replacement option. Due to the age of my roof I decided to replace. Sargent Roofs did a great job and in the timeframe they said it would take. They did a great job of cleaning up afterward and now I’m set! I would highly recommend them to anyone for an honest no pressure inspection and fair price.

BEWARE! This company does NOT honor it’s warranty. Have waited almost a year to have them repair our observation deck that they applied elastomeric over silicone and have had constant problems with. They have come out a few times and only cut out a few areas(not completely fixing entire roof) and have left the roof a mixture of different textures, colors, etc. There is STILL a hole cut out from Oct. exposing the substrate wood that hasn’t been sealed up! It has been slowly leaking and now shows major signs of water damage to our patio ceiling. Ron is a smooth talker that doesn’t follow through with dates of actually repairing their poor workmanship, so be aware if you choose to go forward with them. He even changed the name of his company on this site to eliminate my review posted earlier this year!

Sargent Roofing came to do an inspection and repair on the roof of my new home and they were extremely thorough with our inspection and repair. They helped educate me on roof maintenance as well so I would reduce the possibility of future issues. We are going to use them again for gutter installation in the near future!

Amazing company with Top Notch professional people. They don’t just care about their work, they care about the people they do work for. Can’t say enough about our experience.

This company was used prior to move in at our new home. A new underlay was requested as condition to buy home 01/2020. Previous homeowner replaced entire underlay on 2300 sq ft home for $10k. We move in and the monsoon season hit 9 months after, guess what… massive leaks EVERYWHERE in our home! We had solar panels installed when we moved in so naturally I called I them first to look for leaks from them. No leaks from them (video and pics to show me). They did show me where the leaks are from though. I called 2 other roofing companies to come and inspect, also our insurance company because the massive damage done to our ceilings. ALL of them said the same thing, the install of the underlay and skipping important installation of flashing is horrible! So not only was install terrible, they didn’t flash AT ALL vents and the dead valleys!
With that said, I called Ron and he came out to our home. He looked around on the roof and came back and began to tell me that it’s the solar installers fault. I explain to Ron that we had this fully inspected before he came out and it is not the solar company fault. We have leaks everywhere in our home, solar is not installed on every inch of our roof. He stood in my home and proceeded to tell me that he will not honor his warranty (that transferred to us) and will not fix anything without being paid. Now we are paying $2600.00 in repairs for the roof and $3k for ceiling damage. That is half the cost for the “new” underlay on this roof 01/2020.

Austin was awesome ! Very responsive and on time. Definitely the best price we got and the crew was very courteous of our schedule and during cleanup. I would recommend them anytime !! You won’t go wrong with this veteran family owned business !

Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone and everyone that needs a new roof installation. They company is family owned, fair priced, and is all about 100% customer satisfaction. I absolutely feel safe and confident talking with Ron and Austin. They have made us “first time home buyer’s” feel confident and secure in our decision to go with them as our roofing company. If you are looking for a hard working company, that is on time, fair priced and making sure the customer is happy this is your one stop shop!

Ron is great! I wanted a completely new roof....new tile, underlayment, etc. He was referred to me by a neighbor who just had their roof redone and was happy with the work. He came out and provided me a very competitive quote. (I received 4 quotes total).
He communicated with me throughout the process, and quickly answered any questions/phone calls I had. During the process, a huge rainstorm came in. He assured me might roof was water tight because the underlayment was done...and it was...not one leak. Roof is done now and looks amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Ron came out to inspect a roof. He was very professional and extremely detailed in the quote that he provided. He quoted only what needed to be done, without adding any unnecessary items!

Ron was recommended to me by a neighbor. He answered the phone within 2 rings, was super patient with all of my questions, not to mention very knowledgeable. RON IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! BIG TEXAS CHARM !! HE ,and his crew did a phenomenal job!! Our new awning looks great. Ron worked with our insurance and got things done fairly quickly.. If we need any future repairs to our awning on the other side, Ron will be our first call!!

Thy had my roof done in 2 days it looks great i have had alot of compliments from my neighbors Ron isgreat to work with answered all my questions before work began

Nicole B is not, nor has she ever been a customer of Best All Around Roofing. I know for a fact that Ron Sargent & his company, are honest, hard working, & an excellent roofers! My roof is beautiful! I'm so happy with my tile roof, I would highly recommend Best All Around Roofing to everyone. I have seen other roofing jobs he has done, and all of the roofs are beautiful & are leak proof. He does Metal, Tile, Shingles, & Foam roofs. The review Nicole B posted is based on a conversation she had with a disgruntled & lying ex-employee, not from any work Best All Around Roofing has done.

These guys were GREAT. They finished my house in 2 days and were so kind and also did a awesome job cleaning up. I would recommend this company to any one who needs work done fast. THANKS GUYS YOU WERE GREAT
