Update: the owner claims this review does not belong to this company but that is false. I reverse searched the number my neighbors shared and Sardar Restoration Company comes up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our neighbors hired this company to restore the brick and limestone face of their historic townhome. The contractor and his team did not put up the proper scaffolding to protect our adjoining townhouse. They allegedly promised not to use any acid during their project but the damage and debris on our side says otherwise. The paint on the railings was chipped. The plants in front of my home have still not recovered almost two years later (This was in July of 2022). They broke an exterior lamp as well.

Most importantly there are stains all over the front of our house that were not there at the start of the project. Worse of all, they climbed over to our side to set up their janky scaffolding WITHOUT PERMISSION. They also power washed and ruined our custom wooden front doors without permission. Before the project was even finished, they were pressuring our neighbors to pay for the job. The owner said he would allegedly pay for the damage that was done but has not followed up since (similar to many other negative reviews). He had his team repaint our railings but did a terrible job that left black paint marks on our stairs that were also not there before this project started.

It seems that some people are happy with the work of this company, but beware. Especially if you have an adjoining home.

Very, very satisfied with the job for brick pointing, repair and window replacement for building. Sardar construction was prompt, detailed & completed job ahead of time. I recommend them wholeheartedly. An excellent job! Thank you again !!

Absolutely gorgeous walkway of slate and Fieldstone with a built-in snow melt system. Four years ago they built my backyard with stone sheathed walls, asphalt driveway and garden area. They are amazing craftsmen.

I recently hired Sardar Restoration Corp for my kitchen remodeling project and I am extremely happy with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. The issue has never been solved. Get SRC's Tax ID number before you sign and pay to them. "0 " Star in January 2024: The leaking problem is not solved and got worse. I was told by the owner to do entire wall instead of the leaking areas near by the windows. However, the leakage area has expanded bigger and in different areas after he done the work. Leaks originally was just near windows in my bedroom and kid's bedroom, but the leak were extended to my wall as well as my kid's wall, the same wall in my kitchen after he finished the job. The leak began a month after the work was completed in late October 2022. It took the owner four months to respond to us, finally in March 2023 he came. However, the entire wall got even worst afterwards. The leaks are not just near by the windows anymore, it is the entire wall, two bedrooms wall and the kitchen wall. This time, the owner has not responded since six months ago.

2 Star in March 2023: Workers finally came today to redo the leaky section of wall near the rear windows. Hopefully there will be no more leaks for next few years to come. We changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars because they promised and tried to fix it.

1 Star in February 2023: We are very disappointed for this unprofessional and untrustworthy company. Five months ago, in the mid-October last year, we paid Saradar Restoration Corp in full to repair the brick joints and jointing work on the left side exterior brick of our house. However, the problem of water leakage on the side exterior wall has not been resolved. Starting from January 2023 (less than three months after they finished the project), every time it rains, water will still seep from the exterior wall into the interior wall! Under our agreement, the project comes with a five-year warranty against water leakage from the exterior brickwork into the interior walls. We have been sent multiple emails, text messages and phone calls to Muhammad Ali over the past two months about the poor job they done and they needed to fix the problem. However, as of today, we have not heard back from him nor Saradar Restoration Corp. FYI, you must obtain an EIN /Tax number of any company if you need a service and this is to protect you and your assets.

Sardar Restoration is one of the most professional companies in New York City. They did my full house Renovation.i am very happy with their quality work.

Beware! Please, save yourself the hassle and do not do business with this company. They took money from us with the promise of starting work asap. 5 months later and work never began and Muhammad stopped responding to calls and texts when asked for a refund.

They also do business under, Perspective general construction and Pioneer general construction.

Check reviews on yelp under this name , all 1 stars, including the same complaint as mine, took money with no intent of starting work. Shameful! I just want my money back!

Our house needed pointing so we engaged Sadar Restoration as they appeared to have a good reputation and their price was competitive. We were not disappointed. Mr. Ali and his crew did a wonderful job and they were quick and efficient. I will certainly keep them in mind for future projects.

Sardars workmen are experts at masonry restoration. They are courteous and professional. The owner, Muhammad is the consumet businessman. He is very skilled, responsible and his prices are fair
