If you're ever looking for a General Contractor stop! SANTOPADRE & SON'S INC. These guys are guaranteed to give you the quality of work and a price that is damn difficult to turn down. Geoff and his team will display the professionalism that is noticeable by the entire neighborhood. I keep calling them back to do more work and you will too.

We have worked with Contractor ever since he started in business in Flagler County. Everything from home additions to smaller projects. Geoff is competitive in pricing and always great in communications. He is a perfectionist in details.

WOW GREAT SERVICE! I will start by saying its important to me to work with PC locals and I need peace of mind that who I am doing business with knows their trade, is trustworthy; and is not going to take advantage of seniors or someone who does not have a clue what their options are. Geoff came out the same day when he said he would. He was thorough in assessing the roof and what had been done previously; took time to speak to previous roof contractor who had advised me to call chimney experts. He gave me workable options to fit my budget if I wanted to move forward. I highly recommend his services!

Install screen room and Lanai area and roofing over Lanai area Florida room and patio Florida room has been leaking most of the time since done about 3 to 4 years ago I have made five contacts to them they don't return my phone calls they have came out one time and next time it rained hard it leaked again and now when you call it says that their answering machine is full and can no longer take messages not happy the actual work I was pleased with but not with the leaking roof

This contractor is doing a driveway next to my property, I asked the owner personally to protect my property with the city requirements to keep dirt from washing in my newly cleaned and sodded ditch he said he would then left and returned on Saturday and I asked him again and he said the ditch belongs to the city I asked again and he said we’ll get to it on Monday and and ignored me went to his truck and left. This is a requirement by the city so we don’t damage ditches and flooding in our neighborhood and contractors like this that don’t care about it are a big problem. It’s 10 minutes worth of work to install a silt fence to help protect property and shows bad character for this company.
