Top notch contractor. Stripped and applied new 50 year warrant roof and did it right. Finished in 6 hrs. Wow! Ripped out old deck and replaced with brand new in Sterling, MA. 5 Star contractor! Noel Evers

Fantastic crew!! Built a large addition for us in Sterling and we are just so impressed with the results!! Above and beyond what we hoped for!! I hired Santimaw Contracting to put an addition onto my home and I definitely made the right decision. They provided me with a very competitive quote, outlining every step of the project and kept me informed of progress throughout. They were at the job site each day until the project was complete. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and I'm thrilled with the finished addition. The Santimaws were a pleasure to deal with and I will highly recommend them in the future!

Simply the BEST!
We have been using Santimaw Contracting for several years now and on several projects spanning from renovations to third floor additions, total rehab projects and complete builds. The quality of craftmanship and consistency of their work doesn't compare to anyone else! Their attention to detail and their interest in working with us directly to produce an incredible product has been such a satisfying experience! They do not disappoint!
