Very happy with Marcelo and the Built crew. They did a significant siding repair on our home and were professional, thorough, and did a great job. The cost was significantly lower than a competitor and the job was completed professionally and thoroughly. It took a while to complete, but it was an outdoor project during the heatwave of July so I can't really complain about that. I will reach out to Built when we look to do some other home improvements in the future.

Marcelo and his team at Built just completed a full bathroom remodel for us that turned out beautifully! Having previously worked with Built for a small job in our sunroom we did not hesitate to work with them again for the big job.

(Marcelo) did to transform my heatilator fireplace, that was inserted in my living room wall, and made it to look like it was now encased with a mantel around it. Marcelo and his crew members are the best you could find for any remodeling need. They remodeled our bathroom and repainted house. His crew always makes sure to clean work areas at the end of the day. Got a quote from few contractors and he came up with the most reasonable quote. we are very pleased with the excellent work they did and would not hesitate to hire him for any future need.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Marcelo helped us at our last house and completely gutted and remodeled our current house. Demolition, bathrooms, kitchen, tile, beams, electric, paint, design, decks, etc. He and his team do wonderful work and there is no job too big or too small. He makes the process so easy, he’s our go-to for any work we need done, and we can’t recommend him enough!

Built Remodeling installed my kitchen backsplash. Marcelo was very responsive by text and phone call throughout the process. The crew did a beautiful job and I’m so happy with the result! They were courteous, neat, and great about answering questions along the way! Fair price and excellent work. I will certainly reach out to them for future projects!

We had someone mention Marcelo’s name from Nextdoor post. We filled up a form on his website and within 5 minutes we were talking with him. 2 hours later he was at our property appraising the job. This was a weekend day. The following Monday he completely finished the job. Repair a sinking ceiling, upgrades a stairs in the basement and replaced and painted a door. He is responsive, affordable and does a great job. He does not try to sell you more than it’s needed just so he could make an extra buck. We are very happy with our experience and recommend and will most definitely use his services again.

Shout out to Marcelo Oliveira of Built Remodeling for doing an amazing job with our bathroom remodel. Built Remodeling did tile work, painting and all the finishing touches. Everything came out looking awesome, they finished the job on time and they were just an overall pleasure to work with! Built Remodeling has done quite a bit of work for us. From refinishing our fireplace, removal of overgrown vines, to installing window treatments, lighting fixtures and more. They are so easy to work with, trustworthy, honest and such detail oriented hard workers.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I discovered them from another client raving reviews on line, as wasn’t disappointed.
Prompt, reliable, with evident expertise in all things. I had all my house’s exterior issues fixed and repaired, such as rotting wood window jams, panels on siding, fallen decorative shutters, a broken window pane.
And then I hired them for a full in-house repaint. The results are amazing, and the crew was a pleasure to have around. They diligently put in the long hours each day, and in two weeks (accurately estimated), had the full job done. They also did some magic, repairing odd holes in doors and walls. And to top it off, I had the generous and patient assistance, upon completion, to rehang a couple big pictures and window treatment hardware properly.
Marcelo was always available and commutative and made me feel I was I safe hands throughout the process. And the price was fair, reasonable, and clear, matching the original estimates.
I am so pleased that I have finally found my go-to contractor and will definitely be using them again.
