I am so happy to have found this company! I had a water pressure problem and it took a little bit to find the problem but it was a simple fix. They are a little pricey but worth the comfort of knowing that I have a company to call for my home repair needs. They came the same day I called. The techs were friendly and professional.

I am trying to find the license contracting association so I can report that Mr Palmer has failed to start on my house addiction after almost a YEAR of promises. Not only that, I’ve paid cash in advance for the project.
I thought that as a black business man and a minister / pastor I surely would get the job done. I have already got a case pending in civil court but after over a month now (and another promise) he has fail to get started.
I am now gong to seek action through state licensing.
NOTE, as of this date (Oct 29, 2024) this post will stand as is until and if Mr Palmer start and finish this project as originally agreed.
Got the license number and filed a complaint but it got timed out cause I didn’t follow up. I have now re entered the complaint as of 11/18/24.
I did take it to court but the trial want come up till April. In the pass 30 days all that has been done is more promises.

This business has helped me with storm repairs and now installed a wall unit AC. Fair prices and quality work. They are professional, friendly and keep you abreast of their work. So grateful that they are close by!
