Mr Jason Parker met with me yesterday to discuss gutter installation. He was very professional and extremely easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and made sure I had no questions. I was very impressed and enjoyed talking to him. What a great company with great employees!!

The representative that worked with me was amazing. He was knowledgeable about the products and offered various options to choose from. He showed me what the products looked like and explained how everything worked. He told me the process they would go through to fix both of my problems. He was friendly and was not rushed to get finished with me to move on to the next client. He explained how their company compared to others. He was amazing!

Cody was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t give a high-pressure sales pitch. He was very transparent, acknowledged my concerns without talking down to me, and was great about working around our busy schedule.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Had gone with another local outfit in the past - terrible. Cantey takes guttering to an entirely higher level, with professional staff (Rebecca, Dru) and the most courteous and hard working technicians (Eric, Thomas, Andrew, Ronal) who are experts in their field. They worked ardently and did NOT cut any corners. They also escorted me around once they finished to show exactly what was done and why. Cantey also refitted our crawl encapsulation and did a fantastic job, head and shoulders above our former company.
They offer annual inspections, too, which tells you they back their work and aren’t afraid to hold themselves accountable - a game changer!

Having to have your concrete raised is not a purchase that excited me when I learned I had storm damage to my pool patio. That said, this was by far one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. My System Design Specialist, Darrick Strickland was amazing. After the initial consultation, I had more questions and called Darrick twice. He was super responsive, answered my questions, and called to follow up multiple times before the job was completed. After completion of the job, he also called me to make sure my expectations were met. His customer service skills are higher than you find most places by far.

I found the crew who completed the work to be just as customer focused. Sam and Teague were equally as impressive with their craftmanship. While they were at my home, I had many meetings as I work from home. They went above and beyond to ensure they worked around my schedule. And the work they did was amazing. My concrete looks like new and I feel like I got a great deal with the price! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete services. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer comes 1st and they will make sure you are completely satisfied.

From start to finish, I found Mr. Garrett Scrivani to be one of the best sales persons that I’ve ever encountered in my life. He was very mannerly, respectful, and professional. Among many things, he was patient in explaining the sink hole issue on my property as I asked question after question. He repeated many answers, making sure that I understood.

I was so nervous going into this and Ryan addressed all of my concerns and created a detailed quote and plan move forward. I am sending this email to hopefully help future clients. I had Cantey come and install gutters after receiving 3 other contractors bids, you were the highest. I just built my house and wanted the best, I didn’t want cheap. Your installers came out on time and installed gutters and downspouts. Everything looked great and I looked forward to the first hard rain. The next time we had a rain, I was shocked. Nothing but leaks between the gutter and facia. I immediately called and was told someone would inspect. To my surprise, half of the hangers were not even screwed in. The person inspecting screwed in the hangers and apologized. The next rain, I inspected and found more leaks between the facia and gutters. I called again and met another person who came out and blamed my roofers – shingles are short. This is a new build – there is nothing out of the ordinary that shouldn’t have been included in a new gutter installation. Another call and I was told that Cantey would fix it and go above and beyond to make it right. Cantey would come out and install drip edge – keep in mind other contractors identified this from their site visit and I still paid Catey over $1000 over their price because I trusted things would be right. I’ve experienced nothing but leaks every since. The last straw was this past week. We had a storm come through and I found the drip edge that was installed by Cantey in my font yard. I expected to see other damage after the storm, but no only the drip edge. This got me curious and I got up on ladder and couldn’t believe what I found. The drip edge was never screwed to the house – literally just placed above the gutter. I am going to include pictures. I’m not sure how you could have a crew come out to an install and forget to install hangers, then come out and forget to secure drip edge. The installation crew could care less about the home they are working on and have zero workmanship. I will not have their crew ever come back to my house. I fixed all their issues with self tapping screws and a tin snip. I really thought spending the extra would’ve saved me - ended up costing me 3k and an afternoon.

Edit : 4 months later after posting the review and being told I would be contacted by Cantey, I have not heard from them.

Chris was very professional and thorough, explaining the whole process to repair our concrete driveway. We appreciated his expertise and good suggestions.

I met with Christopher Bagwell on July 10. I work with my community HOA and we are in the process of doing some major sidewalk repairs. I met with Chris at 2 PM. Prior to this he confirmed our appointment and arrived early. We walked the entire community and then he gathered a proposal. The proposal was very thorough and detailed with the scope of work. Christopher is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to offer viable, affordable solutions to our sidewalk issues. We are looking forward to working with Cantey for our project! I highly recommend Christopher Bagwell for any home or larger community projects!!

Cantey was great. Ryan helped develop a plan to address a drainage issue which helped tremendously. We no longer have the same issues we originally had and the cost was reasonable.

So far, the experience has been great. Between setting appointment, which did get moved but was communicated. Travis, who came out to do quote, was even early for appointment. He answered all questions we had, made suggestions and quoted both options. He was professional and was a ‘one stop shop ‘ as we joked. 10% off if booking same day as quote and offered 6 mos free financing if needed. We are looking at a month plus until they can get to our job. We’ll review again to see if services are delivered and rendered accordingly.

Although the work has not been done yet. Cantry’s customer service is truly great. Setting up the initial appointment with Katie was great. She was very helpful and had the best personality. Once meeting Kane Taylor, I am really relaxed and feeling super comfortable with this company. He is really understanding and made sure I understood the process. He also made sure I was how things will go forward.
