Highly recommend these guys! They made the process of dealing with the insurance easy. They fought for and got every last cent for me. Then put a great roof on in one day. Jeff Boyers is awesome and took care of me. Steve Nelson isn't just about the money he wants to make sure you get a great quality roof.

This company replaced the roof on my neighbor's house. They thought it was acceptable to park in front of my house all day. To put their tools and materials in my yard and even went as far as to put things on my front porch. Nails everywhere. They even laid on my porch and smoked cigarettes. I documented everything on camera. Lack of courtesy. Lack of respect. Lack of professionalism. I'd stay far away from a company that operates this way.

We had a bad storm come through the area and knocked a few trees down around our home and on our home. Called AllStar around 9am and was told to send pictures of the incident, was then told that they could for sure could come out with a crew at 12pm no problem. 12pm arrived and his “crew” was 2 people in a small unmarked van which then had left at about 12:15pm. 12:30pm rolled around and Steve Nelson finally arrived and immediately tried to upsell us and telling us that he could fix the whole house no problem. He kept asking what our insurance maxed out at and wouldn’t give us a straight estimated cost until finding out our max number. When our insurance assessor arrived the AllStar employee wouldn’t give us any time or space to speak with the assessor. After finally getting space I could hear the employee on the phone yelling at his crew asking where they were and if they were coming back. After about 3 hours he finally pulled out a “contract” for us to sign, but it wasn’t a real contract, there was no information anywhere on the page. It was just us writing our information and then him writing a description of what he was going to do. When I asked where the crew was I was told they were on their way, that they had to go get dump trucks and other equipment, 50 minutes later his “crew” shows back up in the original van with no equipment. At this time we had to leave to pick up a rental car as ours was totaled in the storm. Right after we left the home we received a call saying “after further assessing the damage we’re going to have to walk away from this.” Not only did he waste our time but he was disrespectful and plain rude to myself and my girlfriend. Treated us as if we were children and had no say in the matter. I would absolutely give 0 stars if I could.

The people they subcontracted my job to were horrid. It took a week to get the job done first of all. Once the job was done I picked up a significant amount of nails out of my yard and landscaping...a large water bottle full within 20 mins...had to have them come with their mobile magnet...picked up about 5-10 pounds more of nails. The following spring I noticed tons of trees growing in my gutters so got on a ladder...my gutters were literally packed with asphalt, shingle pieces and more nails...took me hours to clean. Then once I had a large tree cut back in my front yard that was hovering over the back section of my roof. It is so uneven it looks like a 12-year old did it. They also left tons of metal flashing on top of the shingles, which looks horrid. Had a leak still and finally after threatening to sue, one of the owners showed up and caulked. Should never have to caulk if the roof was done correctly. So disappointed that I spent thousands and received such poor quality.

All Star did a great job and I would recommend them to friends and family. My roof looks great they cleaned up after the job. Very good to work with.

The team that came to do the installation were friendly, fast, efficient, clean, and did an amazing job on our roof! When we had any questions or concerns they were quickly answered and addressed. I would not hesitate to use All Star Roofing again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof related work!

All Star Roofing installed the vinyl siding for our sun room. Very professional and he did an excellent job! We were well pleased and we would highly recommend this company. Good people!

Paid over 10k for new roof and gutters, the porch has leaked numerous times and I’ve called multiple times to have them look at the gutters and roof issues, they came out a few times and made false promises to do repairs.I’m a Realtor and I certainly won’t be suggesting these people to anyone at anytime. Beware.

Driving up from Madisonville, KY and noticed an All Star Roofing pickup truck in front of me. On Mar 9, at approx. 1:00 PM, a driver, a silver/gray pickup, was on the north bound on ramp of Hwy 41/Audubon Pkwy when it met up with the ASR pickup (IN lic. BUS564). ASR pickup truck sped up to block the silver pickup from getting on to Hwy 41. A dangerous move. Silver truck finally prevailed. If this is the way an ASR employee treats people, I wouldn't recommend using them as a roofing company. FWIW, when you're in a company vehicle, you represent the company.

Called to get a free estimate. A lady by the name of Cheyenne took my name and number and said someone will call me back. That was a week ago and I still haven't heard back from them. Guess that they don't need the business. Not how you should handle a potential customer.

All star does great work and has really good customer service! Fast response time and friendly employees makes for super a great outcome! Will always recommend All- Star roofing!!!!
