Really pleased with our new roof! We chose a top-notch roofer to install new roof and gutters on our house. They were incredibly understanding when we had to reschedule the installation multiple times due to other project delays. The roof and gutters were installed expertly, and they look fantastic. After experiencing several heavy rainfalls, I can confidently say that the gutters function excellently! They effectively channel all water, and the leaves falling from the nearby trees just slide right off! I'm hopeful it will perform just as well when faced with cottonwoods and sticky pods next summer. For the sections of our roof that were flat (including the vinyl deck and sunroom), we had to opt for a different type of gutter cover due to the lack of angle for the first choice, but these have been easy to maintain with a leaf blower. This is a vast improvement from our previous system. The only minor drawback was being advised against using moss removal products containing Zinc, as they could potentially corrode the stainless steel of the roof filter. It would have been helpful if they could have suggested alternative products, as I'm finding it challenging to find moss removal products without Zinc. However, overall, the service provided by Russell, Joe, and Emmanuel was exceptional, and we're thrilled with our new roof and gutters!

Concerning smoking on the roof, we've implemented a new rule that prohibits our roofers from doing this. As for manuel: Regarding residential roofs, we ceased this service slightly over two years ago. We should have informed you about this and suggested a roofer more appropriate for your needs. This was our mistake, and we're sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused. We specialize in commercial roofing and sheet metal services. As for joe: Regarding parking in handicapped spaces in Santa Monica, we were directed to park there and were given permits. They made new handicap parking available while we occupied these spaces. The primary reason we were instructed to park there was because we had to maneuver large trucks in and out of the alley next to the building (and if anyone parked in those spots while we had a truck in the alley, it wouldn't have been able to exit). We apologize for any problems this may have caused.
