ECONOMY ROOFING, I’m using them right this very moment. They’re a great roofing company honest clean and reliable and responsible. I’ve known them for over 45 years. I was a plaster repair man licensed 38 9477 Charles Scira. They used to refer me repair jobs After They did their part. I did mine water damage ceiling walls, old style 20 plastering new style drywall all different types of textures. So I know them very well. The company changed hands six years ago or so the new owner is a great guy.. I know many roofers I could’ve called but ECONOMY ROOFING is the one I called. I’ve been in a trades for a long time. If I were you, I would go with them if needing any kind of roofing sorry for the long referral Charlie no-show patch plastering

Economy Roofing delivers exactly what they promise. A job well done leaving the site clean and all in a timely manner. They vented and blew insulation in our attic and we are now more comfortable from the summer heat.

The team - led by Hamilton - was professional and respectful of the property. They completed the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof quickly and efficiently. 5 stars to Economy roofing. They did an outstanding job on: taking up old concrete tiles; replacing old rotten and termite-eaten wood (much of this was in difficult to reach locations); getting city inspections; putting down the new underlayment; and laying down the concrete tiles beautifully. The project manager (Pedro) was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and very nice, and kept us informed on the progress of the project. All the workers were pleasant and respectful, and really good at their work. They showed up each morning at 8 am on-the-dot, and cleaned up after each day's work. We were very impressed and pleased.

Of course, the real test comes when the rains begin, but we are confident there will not be any leaks. If there are any leaks, we know they are very responsible and would come quickly to fix any issues.

The team from economy was the best. They were quick with their assessment and got to work immediately very easy to talk to and discuss your needs and price.

Hamilton and his crew did a great job. Walked me through the work to be done, kept me abreast of progress, alerted me to problem areas, showed me photos of damaged wood, coordinated dump truck and wood delivery and cleaned up the entire area. Very smooth and painless experience. I felt like I was in good hands with Hamilton and his crew.

Economy roofing has put in the original roof on our house prior to us moving in. The roof lasted over 35 years and just last week they replaced it with a new roof. I would give them my business any time as the quality work speaks for itself. The staff is professional, friendly and welcoming.

We hired Economy Roofing to repair the roof for our condo building and the HOA Board was very pleased with the quality work that this company did! They were very professional and responsive to my questions. After the recent rainstorms in January and February 2023, I chose Economy Roofing, Santa Monica, to re-roof both the flat roof and the sloped sections of my roof. They originally estimated that the job would be started in late June - early July 2023. In mid-March, the company contacted me and said they could begin the re-roofing immediately. Due to the need to begin the next day, they also agreed to perform some preparatory services I could not arrange so quickly. Their crews were on-time, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves daily. As work progressed, Chance and Edier responded to all my concerns, and Chance came out and supervised the work one day. They also sent out James with shingle samples, and Steve to deal with a few problems I identified. Jon, the president of the company, also inspected and certified the work on completion. Not only was the cost of the re-roofing a good value, Economy Roofing also warrantied their work and materials for significant periods. Economy Roofing clearly cares about doing quality work and customer satisfaction. Although there has not been significant rainfall since work was completed, I will try to update this review, if and when rain storms appear again.

The team at Economy Roofing is phenomenal. Over the years they have come out to check our apartment building roof, doing minor repairs as needed rather than telling us to get a new roof. When finally it was time to get a new roof, they did an excellent professional job, suggesting products that would make the roof more energy efficient. Since getting the roof they have been very responsive if called, doing a free warranty inspection or visit as needed. They have been professional, fair, and timely in every interaction. Cannot recommend them enough.

Estimator was really good. I'm not sure if it was a good price or not. I don't get estimate on a new roof very often. If I use them I'll update my review.

When James came out to offer a quote, he was punctual, very knowledgeable, and most important listened to my questions and concerns. I got a few quotes for my roof replacement (flat roof), and Economy roofing was the best price and the most responsive. I quickly got on the work schedule, and when it came time for the job, their working crew was fantastic. Carlos and Rogelio were great communicators, always on time, very kind, and multiple times asked me to come up and take a look and make a few decisions. In addition to being easy to work with, Carlos and Rogelio were also very hard working and went the extra mile to do the job right. While I hope I don't have more roof problems, if I do I will 100% use Economy roofing again. I have been recommending them to all of my neighbors as well. Thanks so much!

Economy Roofing installed a slate roof on my parents house in Santa Monica in 1999. In 2020 we needed some repairs. The roof was in bad shape, leaked, and I was afraid the ceiling would come down on my 96 year old, WWII vet dad. It took a week before the estimator could be scheduled to come out on a Friday. I got a call and they said they had the wrong zip code and it would have to wait until Monday. After the estimator showed up on Monday, they said they'd have an estimate to me for approval by Friday. When I didn't receive the estimate I called Friday evening and they promised I'd have it by Sunday. Monday came and still no estimate. I tried several times to call them throughout the day Monday and it just went to voicemail. Very unprofessional, once they've done the job you better hope you don't need anything fixed down the road. I'd look somewhere else and avoid Economy Roofing!

The crew was cordial, polite and considerate. They let us know what was going on and worked efficiently and steadily - you could set a clock by their couple of breaks. Representative of this was that they took care to cover the open vents that come into the kitchens over the stoves (pictured), and came inside the gated patios to sweep up their debris. I would recommend them anytime

This is, without a doubt, the dream team of roofers. They all do what they say they will, on time, and at an amazing price. I am so happy with everything they did. From the estimator/owner Jon to the office manager Julie, they were kind, helpful, efficient and so responsive. They fixed holes in the roof of my house and my separate garage, fixed several dozen broken tiles and left no mess or any kind. They also coated the deck on our large upstairs balcony. Last November, we noticed a leak in our living room roof. At the time, my husband made a couple calls, but never found a contractor willing to come out and follow through. Finally, at the beginning of May, he took this project up again, and was referred to Jon Ramey at Economy Roofing. Within a day, Jon came out to the house to see what needed to be done. Shortly thereafter, his crew came out and completed the necessary repairs within a day. We cannot say enough good things about Jon, Brandon, Pedro and the entire team at Economy Roofing. We'll definitely use them again, the next time we need repairs!
