WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Can not believe that in order for Gomez Hermanos to provide warranty service on a Jaguar F-Pace you MUST submit an incredible amount of information….most of it personal….then WAIT for 3 months!!!
El servicio es pésimo y la espera mucho peor, carros carísimos que no honra ni la marca ni la calidad del vehículo.
Legit this dealership has made me rethink my whole relationship with Jaguar and has also reminded me how much of snakes dealerships can be!
Was lied to and taken for 768 dollars for a key that does not work and policy for showing ownership was not even verified.

Update June 2025. Attempted to call multiple times the English and Spanish line, filled out form online… even chatted with someone who took my info… no answers. How do these people manage to make any money?

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Can not believe that in order for Gomez Hermanos to provide warranty service on a Jaguar F-Pace you MUST submit an incredible amount of information….most of it personal….then WAIT for 3 months!!! Unbelievable!!! Condescending service-attitude of take it or leave it. My expectation for such expensive vehicles was shattered by this so called dealer. Forgot to mention that once they call you to tell you that your car is ready you MUST PICK IT UP SAME DAY….regardless of where you live on island or there is a $100/day “parking/storage fee”!!!!! Better believe it!!! Because it is almost impossible to believe. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE I will EVER buy a car from these individuals. Pathetic service and attitude. AVOID!!!!

El servicio es pésimo y la espera mucho peor, carros carísimos que no honra ni la marca ni la calidad del vehículo. Hace una cita para el mantenimiento y cuando uno llega no anotaron la cita y me estuve que regresar con un amigo porque no te traen a tu casa???

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Legit this dealership has made me rethink my whole relationship with Jaguar and has also reminded me how much of snakes dealerships can be! After everything is resolved I will definitely be selling my 2017 Jaguar and going to a different company that knows how to treat customers with respect. The customer service there has been SO TERRIBLE AND UNRELIABLE that I had to get corporate involved! They’re failing to to complete actions that are promise by the warranty on the vehicle. The employees are unprofessional but the General Manager is by far the biggest snake of them all. I can see why Jaguar is still at the bottom and will continue to stay there with customer service like this. Im an extremely unhappy consumer! This company will lose a costumer forever if not satisfied in the end.

Presented to service center due to car not functioning properly with check engine light on. They told me that I can’t leave the car because I didn’t had appointment and could not make appointment because person not arrived yet. Left my phone number so they could contact me, didn’t happen call in afternoon and told me earliest available was november 15 today is the 4th because they where full.

Was lied to and taken for 768 dollars for a key that does not work and policy for showing ownership was not even verified. Have been there 3 times already and they have no time for me and offered me store credit after they took 768 dollars cash for a key with no programing and does not even fit my car. They have no customer support and broke strict owner verification policy for security should the car be stolen.
