Michael and his team were great. It all started with a timely and thorough estimating process. Michael came out and personally inspected the roof and asked me about all of my concerns. He was upfront about the potential variable cost associated with repairing the decking. He could not accurately estimate that cost before the demo work was done, but he provided a ball park. The actual cost came in at the bottom of the ballpark estimate he gave. We had gotten a couple other estimates. All of them were very similar in price, but Michael's thorough inspection and transparency regarding the variable cost item made us feel confident in choosing Sammler. We had three layers of old shingles to tear down and it made a mess! His team very diligently cleaned up everything. We have some planter boxes in the front of our house that got some debris in it, and the guys hand picked every piece out. I dare say our yard was cleaner than they found it. I had left one of my own tarps on the side of the house, and the demo crew used it. They mistakenly took it with them to their next job. In order to make it right, Michael personally provided me with a brand new tarp of matching size and thickness to the one that the demo crew took. Once the demo crew was done, the roofer got started. He was very tidy and efficient. The work was completed even faster than we had thought. Michael also ordered special shingles for us that were not an in-stock item from his supplier, and the process was very smooth, and did not cause any delays. Overall, we are very happy with Michael, his team, and our new roof. I would recommend Sammler Roofing to anyone! Also, while we went with traditional shingles, I have seen Sammler's work on metal roofs in our neighborhood and they look great.

Michael was very professional and did an excellent job roofing my house. I needed the job done soon and he was able to do that for me. He was easy to contact and was quick to call back. He cleaned up the whole area and made sure I was happy with the job. He has very competitive rates and uses quality materials. This is so important for the reno area due to the amount of sun and high winds. I would highly recommend Michael.

Mike Sammler is a true professional. He treats his business and his customers with care and concern. We had our roof replaced in the fall and Mike, after checking the changeable weather at that time of year, told us when he would be there and when the job would be complete...and it was! Mike was very professional. Even though I wanted a roofing material that he didn't usually use he did not complain or try to get me to change my mind. He has a good crew and very nice to be around. clean up was good and made sure that there was no material that flew into neighbors yard. Waited a couple of weeks to get the final payment to make sure that we were completely happy. It is good to know that there are still good companies out there.

Our home insurance company required a re-roof of our property. Mike was prompt and thorough and was more than willing to provide additional documentation that the insurance company required. Our niece who lives on the property was impressed by his company's cleanliness and professionalism. We would recommend Mike and would not hesitate to use him again on other properties.
