Bad service, I called to get a quote and was curious if open because no website listed which makes the business look sketchy not legit. Well when I called the guy im assuming the owner. Once I asked to look at the website he hung up on me and said no interested... MUST BE A SCAM! not legit with no website and rude service too bad because I wanted my entire roof done

RC gave an inspection that said we would need a full roof replacement. He never got back to us with a quote. We got an alternate inspector that said there was no damage and whoever wanted to do a full roof replacement is storm chasing, and likely replacing roofs for profit and not because they need replacing.

Raul and his crew replaced our roof two weeks ago. They did a FANTASTIC job and worked hard all day (arrived at 7:45 am and left around 4:45 pm everyday). They are friendly and very respectful. The best part is that it only took 3½ days to completely replace our roof and clean up. I highly recommend RC ROOFING.

Fantastic job. Raul gave me an accurate estimate, explaining that extra work may be required after the old roof is removed. Communicated throughout the process and did not over charge the additional work. The crew left a clean jobsite daily. I will use them again on another property.

I have to join the 5 club here. Raul gave us a great quote, worked with us all the way, and went above and beyond with his crew. The initial quote was lower than competitors and his crew did extra repairs, painting, venting, fixed siding, and built extra channeling around the chimney at no extra cost. Raul also kept in touch with updates and responded promptly to every question day or night. Get a quote and get great value and service. We’re so happy with the work and peace of mind.

Raul was very detailed about the process and the possibilities that might happen once the replacement begins. His team was very professional and timely. Our whole experience was very good and we'd recommend them often.

Dealt directly with the owner, Raul Cabrrillo. He is VERY responsive, returning your calls and providing timely job site inspections, quotes complete with all necessary details, providing extra and high quality for a very competitive price. Further, he provides an extended warranty that is 3 1/2 times longer than Lowes for roof repair and longer than any of the other 3 quotes my daughter received.
So in short, he provides very high quality for a fair price and well worth the investment.
He replaced the roof on the house across the street from my daughter and she got his card. I handled the business discussions with Raul, and he was very cooperative and very customer oriented.
I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A ROOF REPLACEMENT IN THE GREATER RENO, SPARKS, CARSON CI;TY AREA!
