I was impressed by Safe Top's reviews and decided to call them to do the repairs to our home. I regret that decision. We've been repairing things that were supposed to be repaired by Safe Top since they completed the job about a year ago. You would not expect a company to install a sink and the sink fall into the vanity! You would not expect a company that's supposed to be installing a new roof to damage and leave your roof damaged! That was our experience with this company amongst other bad experiences! Calvin is as nice and professional as others say. He shakes hands and kisses babies to ensure he gets the job. The crew he brought to our home was horrible. The job was beautiful at a glance but the quality of work was terrible. I'm extremely disappointed as I thought I'd found an awesome company for the job.

Edit to respond to Calvin's reply: What makes no sense is to go back and forth about this. I gain/lose absolutely nothing by leaving this review. I left it because that is how progressively frustrated I've become after your workers left and I think the reviews are misleading as a whole. You were told about the roof and you never called or came back to fix it. Furthermore, you were never onsite overseeing your workers (other than your occasional check ins) so you don't know what they're doing or the shortcuts they were taking. If you were onsite, they may have done a better job. So after everything, (and I haven't even explained our full experience) no I didn't contact you again.

Chris came out, was very prompt and professional....he performed the repairs on my soffit panels and facia in a thorough and detailed manner. I definitely would recommend him for any home improvement work.

I wish I could give this company more than 5stars! They are absolutely amazing! I had just purchased my home when a cable company came in and ruined my brand new flooring. I reached out to Safe Top roofing and repair to get a quote to turn into the damage department of the cable company. They responded within a few hours of submitting the request. They stayed on top of the company and advocated for us when the claim department did not want to pay or replace the floors. They are beyond professional! No matter what the situation maybe finding the flooring you want and/or working around your schedule they keep you updated every step of the way.
It was pouring rain and cold the day of my floor install but the guys came out and did not complain. they even came out on a Saturday to work into my schedule! Unfortunately an error on my part shorted material by 1 box of flooring and the guys installing my floor took the time to find the flooring-unfortunately the flooring I wanted was in the process of being discontinued so finding it was a job within itself. However they found the 1 box needed close to 2 hours away and without hesitation they paused the install and went to get the flooring came back finished the floor and did an amazing job. They even cleaned up their mess leaving the floors fresh and clean! They went to the extent of offering to mop up the mud/water they brought in while bringing flooring in and out.
I highly recommend using this company for any and all repairs for your home. They treat you and your home with outstanding respect.
I will most definitely use them for any and all future repairs. They are on top of my recommendation list!

Very pleased with the level of customer service and the promptness taken in completing my repair. Several of my roof tiles had blown off during a storm, I called them on Saturday and they were at the house first thing Sunday morning to fix it for me. Their pricing is fair as well. I will definitely use this company in the future for any of my roofing needs!!

Safe Top Roofing is a great company!! After noticing I had a water leak from the diner room ceiling, I contacted Safe Top Roofing after getting a flyer on my door a few days prior. They came and did an inspection on my roof and told me I needed a roof replacement. They were very professional and explained in great detail about what they saw, what caused the problems and how they could fix it and also showed me pictures. I learned a lot from the conversation and felt confident they would deliver and they did not disappoint! They repaired and replaced my roof with top quality material and it looked amazing!! I was very satisfied! The long version: I’m new to the area and had been unsuccessfully looking for someone to fix a portion of my roof that had come loose. Months after unreturned calls, messages, and even a couple folk who were sending someone out but they never arrived, I happened upon Safe Top Roofing online. I checked out some reviews (the other businesses had good reviews too, go figure) and decided to take a chance on them. BEST DECISION EVER!

Calvin is super kind, attentive, and acted like he cared about my issue (spoiler: it wasn’t an act. Dude came through for me!). As the fates would have it, he was available that same day to come inspect the roof. He talked me through the potential cause of the messed up part and was clear about not being able to know for sure until the shingles were up. He explained some possible approaches to fix the issue and still, left things open for anything unexpected that could come up. He told me the price. I accepted. He left, promising to call as soon as he got in touch with his repair guy.

Y’all, within the hour, he called back and we set up an appointment the same week! After months of trying, Calvin came through and surpassed the few shreds of expectations I had left. He told me who to expect and gave me a one-hour window to expect his arrival.

A couple days later, Chris (and another person whose name I didn’t get. Oops!) showed up ON TIME and ready to get to it. I showed him the spot then came back in to work while they did their thing up top. When I tell you Chris was back at my door in like an hour. I was thinking he needed me to come help him with something; instead, he showed me their brilliant work was done and they had already cleaned up after themselves!

Thankfully, there were no surprises so I was quite pleased to find the bill and the process were as expected. Minutes after Chris was done, I settled my account with Calvin, sent photos to my insurance company, and now I’m typing this review on my phone cuz I’m that thrilled with this whole encounter from beginning to end!

They say not all heroes wear capes. It’s true, cuz these cape-free guys swooped in and saved the day.

Calvin and SafeTop were excellent. Very easy to coordinate roof installation, did a great job working with our insurance company and we had a beautiful brand new roof within one week of calling.

Calvin was such a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed of everything. The day his crew was supposed to do the roof repair it was extremely windy, so he texted me early that morning to let me know that it would be done the next day instead, which was greatly appreciated and he came by when the job was completed to make sure that I was satisfied.

Calvin inspected my aging roof two years ago after a storm. He didn’t find damage to justify an insurance claim or repairs at that time. He was very honest and told me my roof would probably still be fine for a couple of years. He was right. We noticed a small leak about two years after he inspected it the first time. We called him back when we noticed the leek. He answered all of my questions, agreed to a few custom requests and provided a written estimate. His estimate was very competitive compared to the six companies that I got estimates from. They replaced my roof a few days after I signed the estimate agreement. His crew was hard working and professional. I raised a couple of concerns during the process and they addressed them to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They really are a five star company.

I must admit, Safe Top Roofing is beyond a 5 though 5 is the highest. They excelled beyond that and I would double their rating to a 10. Here’s a company you can actually trust. Calvin, the owner was very informative, communicated efficiently & made sure the job was done right. They are GAF certified but aren’t looking to sell you the “ bells and whistles” none sense the other guys are. When I called Calvin, I left a message but unlike a every other roof company he called me back the same day. My shingles were ordered and delivered within 7 days and the work was done within 10 days even though it rained for about a week .. my new roof is 50 year warranty and if I was to sell my house it would be transferred to the new owners. Customer service was very professional and his service was prompt. I am very pleased with the service and my roof and would recommend the company to everyone.

We had our new roof put on yesterday and the workers were on time and very efficient! They cleaned up everything to where you barely even knew they were there! Calvin has also been great to work with through this process, and we can’t wait to get the rest of our home remodel done! My husband and I would definitely recommend this company.

Overall the experience was quite good. We have a chimney that needed reflashing. The technician Jeff came out and took care of it. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because they didn't do paint color matching on the chimney siding; I had to go get the paint myself.

The person who did our water damage was very particular about his work making sure everything was right and we made a new friend. Would absolutely use Safe Top for any future needs. My experience with Safetop was awesome! They repaired my water damaged garage ceiling, replaced bathroom vanity cabinets, and all the bathroom floor tile in less than a week. I had been waiting for 3+ months due to other vendors making excuses on why they couldn't start the job. Would definitely recommend.

I gratefully discovered Safe Top Roofing while acquiring bids for a commercial property re-roofing project. After much frustration trying to deal with local contractors, I ended up searching outside the immediate area and found Safe Top. My call was returned almost immediately by Calvin and he followed up with a site visit and a proposal within a few days afterwards. I could not have been more impressed with Calvin or more pleased with the crew and the work they performed. The crew worked diligently on the project which took over a month to complete due to it's size. During all that time, there were no real issues, problems or complaints. The crew respected the property as if it were their own by keeping the job sites as orderly as possible while working and clean each evening when they left. This meant a lot because they were working on the rooftops of shops, businesses and also a restaurant. Working with Calvin and Safe Top was an absolute pleasure and I look forward to hopefully having the opportunity to work with them again on a future project!

I had a significant leak develop in my sun room. Chris came out promptly to investigate the issue and found that previous owner had improperly installed satellite dish. It had been leaking a tiny bit from the beginning and had rotted out a section of roof. Then a wind storm ripped the entire satellite assembly off the roof and took a section of rotten roof with it.

Chris was concerned about the pending rain and showed up the next morning and replaced a section of roof that had been damaged. We had a huge storm that afternoon and not a drop leaked in the house.

Honestly I was surprised by the prompt attention to what was not a large job. I definitely recommend Safe Top Roofing and their people. You will not be disappointed.

Calvin and his crew at Safe Top delivered the highest standard of customer service I've ever received from a construction company. They arrived on time, began working immediately, and were done only half a day later! The quality of their work and the quickness with which they finished it are second to none!

Chris and team were great. They were very gracious, down to earth, and easy to reach considering I had a hectic schedule during this time. I had found 1 small leak and 1 larger leak in my roof and requested a roof analysis along with the quote for making the repairs. They were able to repair them much quicker than expected with no visible signs that the leak existed. Additionally, Calvin sent me an easy to work with payment process.

Outstanding service. Gave them a call, they arrived on time. Took care of helping me understand what my insurance company needed. Met our insurance inspector next day got approve. Next day they were out with a team to remove the tree that caused all the damage. Had a crew out to remove the damage and started the rebuild. Safe Top Roofing has been a Godsend for us. The roof of our graduate school's 25,000 sq ft facility has been badly in need of repairs for a long time. We'd had a lot of "quick fixes," but they didn't last and new leaks were continually springing up. When we got in touch with Safe Top, they came and did a thorough analysis of our roof. The repairs they've done have lasted, and we aren't even seeing new leaks either. They've been thorough, but they haven't tried to sell us what we can't afford and/or don't need. They are easy to work with and professional. They do a great job!

My experience with SafeTop Roofing was incredibly positive. It begins with and is largely due to the experience I had with Restoration Specialist Michael Bowen. I put out bids to a couple of companies for an approximately $2000 roofing repair job. Michael proved early on that he and SafeTop wanted my business. From the speed of his initial consultation to the clear and constant communication about where we were in the process, he was simply outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure that he accurately quoted the job so that there would be no surprises. Everything was exactly as he said. Michael and John worked with my schedule and came out to home quickly after I let them know I would wanted to go with them. The work was excellent. I received a follow up call from Calvin who runs the business to make sure that I was happy. He was kind and professional.

From the various companies I called, Safe Top Roofing was the only one to come to the site where it was going to be built on the very same day. The specialist gave me ideas on how the deck extension I had in mind could be improved without affecting the overall cost. Their good customer service and their very reasonable final cost made me go with them.
The main addition to my current deck was done in a matter of three days. Some details took a while longer, but they offered the best reasonable response and were sure that I was pleased with their work.
They took responsibility until the end to make sure the job was well done. The main carpenter, who took pride in his job, guaranteed that I will have a good quality deck for over 25 years.
No pressure from them to quickly get the money, they made sure I was happy with the job before I paid.
