Armand and Saddle River Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my 30yr+ old roof. The team made my wife and I feel comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated their attention to detail, ability to assess potential damage, and reasonable cost. I also had 2 skylights and my entire gutter system replaced. All components look top of the line and workmanship was stellar. The whole job took 2 days and the site was clean after they finished.

Armand and his team provide great customer service and are easy to work with. He had his guys come out twice to take a look at a leak that was not straight forward. It ultimately ended up being work a mason would need to do but we would have never been able to address the problem without his dedication to the customer and persistence on finding the problem.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all at Saddle River Roofing for a job well done. I had to have my old roof removed and the new one installed. Obviously, this was a big investment. After checking many roofing companies getting quotes and looking at reviews, I am so happy I chose Saddle River Roofing. First, when I called them, I spoke to Melissa in customer service. She was such a delight to deal with. Then after She set up my free estimate, I had the great pleasure to meeting William, who came to my house. William gave me a great price, and was fantastic to deal with. He was considerate and understanding, answering all questions. Then he introduced me to the owner whose name is Armand. Armand was also so great. He came on site to make sure everything was going smoothly and was making a nervous wreck, me comfortable and confident. All of his employees worked so hard and did a phenomenal job installing my new roof. Also cleaned up the mess after job was complete . If I had to rate Saddle River Roofing a One to 10 scale, I would rate them a 15 rating. I am extremely a very satisfied customer.

I usually don't leave a review for a place, I am a believer that any review I would give would be if the service from the vendor was horrible in efforts to warn other consumers. Working with SDR changed my views and I felt the need to leave a review for those of you who are looking for a great vendor to collaborate with. I was in need of a new roof and SDR saved the day. As a roof is a big time expense I spared no efforts in looking for a vendor that would give me peace of mind, great craftsmanship, reliability and a fair price. I had met and obtained quotes from 14 vendors. SDR was very patient with me, answered all my questions honestly, if there was no answer to an immediate inquiry rather than lie or bs me, SDR would be upfront and contact me once they obtained the answer even as far as having GAF inspectors assist with my inquires. I have had my new roof now for over 2 months and have no complaints. Both Armand and Will are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend SDR for their honesty, attention to detail and drive to exceed their clients expectations.

Had my roof done a few months ago. Since then we have had some Torrential rain, strong wind storms etc. not a drip of water inside. I had leaks which is why I needed the new roof. Extremely fair pricing and finished in a day and a half. Didn’t try to upsell me anything. Checked all the plywood on my roof and worked with me on the price. Saddle River Roofing was extremely responsive and professional. Provided drone photos of the roof with his assessment a day after I placed the call. The repair was also done well about 24 hrs after I called. I will be calling Armand if I need anything roof related going forward

I called saddle river roofing they came out literally the next day. Completed a skylight replacement and were under anyone else's price. They even repaired water damage on the interior from the old leaky skylight. They kept a clean work area as well. I highly recommend saddle river roofing for any roofing needs.
