Had water damage that required mitigation of grey water, cleaning, disinfecting, and carpet replacement. They do great work, and we easy to work with.

Their driver in van 20 cut me off and flipped me off twice. Those type of people don’t belong on the road. You have to ask yourself. Do you really want to have these kind of people work for you? He shouldn’t be able to keep his job. He did that while driving a company vehicle with the phone number and van number on the van. When I see this company, this is what I remember.

Water damage repair in my living room. What should have taken about a week to repair took over 3 months. Not showing up when they said they would. Going weeks without calling me back. Eventually they just stopped calling me back altogether with the project unfinished. They then started calling trying to get me to sign the completion paperwork so they could be paid by my insurance. They continued to claim they would update the invoice to remove work they did not do, but a month later I'd get another call asking me to sign the completion paperwork. Looking over the invoice, they were also trying to charge for plaster work where they did none. This company's objective seems more focused on insurance fraud than actually repairing homes. Would give zero stars if I could.

Back in September 2023 I had some water damage to my home and didn’t know where to start in mitigating the issue. I had the pleasure of interacting with S. Robideau Construction and I must say, the exceptional service provided by their employee, Tyler B, truly stood out. He was onsite within hours and his professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor made my experience memorable. I highly recommend both the company and Tyler B. S. Robideau Construction will be my first call for any similar issues!

S. Robideau was referred to me by my insurance company. I couldn't be happier with their work. They called me soon after I called my insurance company and were professional and great with their updates. My roof looks better than what it did before the water damage! I highly recommend them.

My reviews are mixed, we had water damage in August of last year. The repairs still have not been completed. The project manager Rob never returns calls and is near impossible to get ahold of. We have to leave poor reviews, call the office, speak to his supervisor, etc in order to get a response or progress. Which really kinda sucks. The hired sheetrock and mudders left a HUGE mess, these were not S. Robideau employees, they were subs. There was mud all over the floors, windows, doors and bathroom fixtures. They didn't tarp off the room they were working in so there was sheet rock dust covering the entire main floor (the day before our family Thanksgiving). There is still a pile of trash outside left from them in November.
Every once in a while when actual S. Robideau employees show up (generally unannounced but I work from home so I am almost always here so it has worked out). They are amazing. They are professional, they are kind, they are understanding and they do great work! If it weren't for Rob this project would not only have been done LAST YEAR and I wouldn't have a bad thing to say about them. Today the carpet layers showed up and although we have been trying to schedule this for 3 weeks (the carpet people have been trying to reach Rob too without success) there was no one from S. Robideau to move items for them to install.
I did call and spoke with the office and Rob's supervisor. I was promptly called back by Tyler (thank you) who is going to try to make this happen. We are really easy going, we don't make ANY changes to the plans (which was a response on our BBB complaint, that we have ever changing requirements - completely untrue, we have never changed a thing). Their entire response was gross and untrue (as can be verified by the actual workers that have arrived). I really WANT to tell you they do great work, because they do. I wanted to leave a great review because as business owners ourselves, they mean a lot. This, however, has not been a great experience. Every single employee that we have met with (sans the one) has been exceptional. If you do use them, and you really should. Request a project manager that can and will answer the phone and get the job done.

I would not recommend S. Robideau Construction. We had water damage in August. It's now December and they have yet to finish the project. We sent payment to be added to the schedule and 2 months later they forgot to add us to the schedule. Since then we've had to call every day to have them send somebody out. It's a 50% chance someone will actually show up. If they do, it's unannounced. The sheet rockers left a mess and the first guy they sent out to mud and tape smelled like alcohol and never returned. They left all of their trash outside our garage door and never came back to pick it up. They also ordered more than twice as much product then they needed and left the remaining sheets of unused sheet rock in the garage so we weren't able to use the garage. There's mud from the mudding and taping all over the floors and windows. Very unprofessional and zero communication. This project should have taken maybe 5 days to be completed after the 3 days of drying out the carpet and ceiling. We're going on 4 months now.

We recently used this company for water damage mitigation service. Taylor was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. He answered all our questions/concerns very patiently. I highly recommend their service.

Our house had a water leak in the utility room that caused some damage to the flooring and dry wall. We used S Robideau Construction and everything was done pretty quickly. Turn around time for us to get new drywall and carpeting was relatively quick and very well done. They found doors and trimming to match our pre-existing doors and trimming. S Robideau Construction handled all of our needs with professionalism and did awesome work! Definitely recommend!

They put up the pergola over our deck. It was a great experience all around! They were on time, courteous, professional and the end product was great! Highly recommend.

a 60 foot tree fell onto the garage. Multiple people were involved in the repair. Chuck Ellis coordinated everything and was always available and easy to deal with. I am very pleased with the job.

Tyler was at our home this afternoon. He was very professional and stayed in contact with me as far as scheduling. He was very knowledgeable and definitely cared about our home and the issues we are dealing with. I work construction and you don’t meet too many younger people with his dedication. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had water damage that involved 2 stories of our house. Our insurance agent suggest that we should contact S. Robideau Construction. and we are glad we did! Within 2 hours of placing the call they were at the house and started the working to mitigate damage. We worked with Chuck Ellis and he was Great!. He did an excellent job communicating with us and working with our claims adjuster . Things went smoothly. Everyone involved with our repairs were very professional and knew what they were doing. It took a big load off our shoulders. I know who to call if we are ever in the same situation..

S. Robidaeu Construction came out to my home after a water pipe burst. They were on time, did a great job of detecting where the walls were still wet, removed what was needed and had the appropriate equipment to dry the area. They fully explained the process and were very professional.

We had severe water damage during the First two waves of the Corona virus. They worked with us to keep us and their staff safe during the repairs.
They did an excellent job and I would strongly recommend them.

Major house construction as a result of a fire.

Life is full of adversity and the unexpected every day of the week. How you respond, the path you choose, the resources you bring to bear to solve the problem(s) before you, matter. I write this review of S. Robideau Construction with gratitude. I am thankful for their compassion during one of the most difficult times of my family’s life (i.e. - major construction as a result of a house fire), and for the honesty and integrity as we worked through the process to rebuild our home. Their compassion was ever present when you needed a hug, or a simple gesture that let you know, “We got this!” They often say you can tell a lot by the ‘company’ you keep… We’re proud of the company we kept with S. Robideau… I fully endorse them as a general contractor and we are grateful to their team of professionals who came to work everyday to restore our lives back to a sense of normalcy.

Robideau Construction was awesome from start to finish! We had some water damage in our basement from the sewer backing up. The project manager - Scot was great, he was able to explain everything that needed to be accomplished in detail, the time needed for completion, and cost estimates.

We had the following items repaired:
- Drywall replacement and repair.
- 2 Interior doors/frames replaced (1-regular and 1-folding style).
- Baseboard trim replaced.
- New staircase built.
- Old carpet demo and new foam pad and carpet installed.

The various tradesmen that fixed our home were definitely knowledgeable and professional. Anytime I had questions they were always willing to explain what was going on and always updated us on the work and how its progress was coming. The level of quality of their workmanship is superb and definitely TOP TIER.

Our basement looks 100% better than before the water damage occurred.
We highly recommend this contractor to anyone considering their high quality workmanship, professional staff, and reasonable pricing.

We had a fire, and the entire house had to be gutted. The subs did good work, but the project manager either ignored us or said that problems were there before the fire. He made promises that he did not keep. We would us many of the subs but not through Robideau Construction.

We had a great experience from beginning to end - staff was helpful, responsive, and professional. They followed through on dates & work performance & the PM, Eric, came out to oversee work being done. It was also a seamless process going through our insurance company in regards to billing (State Farm). Highly recommend!

Thank you! This company was responsible for fixing our floor and ceiling due to water damage. They have professional employees and we would hire them again in the future. They were responsive and kind; However, they are so busy it took a couple of months for them to begin our project. That being said, I would wait again to have this company finish my projects; they do great work.
