Y'all know that I don't take my reviews lightly. I hardly give a five-star rating because often I don't feel like I get five-star service. This is an exception.

They did a great job of giving us choices for installation. I am super satisfied with the job. Everything is neat, precise, and better than what I was looking for.

They remodeled 2 showers for me and I could not be happier. I have used multiple contractors throughout the years and they are hands down by far the best. Extremely detailed oriented and professional. They have a customer for life.

Update had them come back and paint, install backsplash tile and install appliances. Again these are the best guys out there. Their quality and service is unmatched

RZ completely renovated my master bathroom, made a new patio, renovated an existing patio, repaired my stucco and foundation, installed lights, mirrors, curtains, paint, Sheetrock, plumbing, toilets, bidet, all while being professional, courteous, on time, and on budget. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. I would definitely hire them again. I especially liked the communication throughout the job, they made sure each step of the process was as I wanted. Father and son team who are professional and pay attention to detail. I have used them on 3 separate projects. The first time was to replace a tile after replacing a new faucet on a tub. Second time was installing backsplash in our kitchen after having new countertops installed and the last project was to replace some roof board, facia and trim along with a few roof tiles. Very happy with our new shower pan! We needed a “temporary” fix for our shower pan as it was not draining properly. RZ Floor and Tile offered us a great solution while we plan for our big bathroom renovation. Shower now drains properly and it looks great! Will definitely be using them in the future for more flooring and bathroom projects for the great work and good price.

Cannot say enough good things about this company!! First, they installed our tile floor and they were so great to work with we had them come back for another job. They installed a built-in entertainment center with fireplace. It was done to our exact dimensions. We absolutely love how it turned out! They will be back in March for a third job! Trust us, you will not be disappointed using RZ for just about anything around your home!

This father & son team were fantastic from start to finish on remodeling my master shower area. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and these guys are top notch. Pricing was very reasonable for the scope of work. They were always on time, professional and most importantly, very detail oriented in their work. I was actually sad to see them go. They are truly the nicest, most professional people I have dealt with in a long time! I won't hesitate to recommend them.

Ricardo and team exceeded all expectations. He completely remodeled a bathroom and shower and put in two new floors in bedrooms. He communicated daily with texts and pictures since this is my Phoenix home and I was not able to be there during the work. His estimate (which was the final bill) was more than competitive. I have had many construction projects on my homes over the years and Ricardo is THE BEST I have ever worked with!

RZ did a great job on our floors and new baseboards. Real pros who care about the quality of their work. We also used them for some quick sink installation. We would use them again!

They removed a tub unit in my bathroom and built a new walk in shower and replaced the bathroom flooring.
We were out of town at the time they did the job. They kept us constantly updated with pictures of the job, questions they had about what we wanted and text messages.
We felt completely confident because of the communication!
