Contacted RWN because I am in need of a new contractor for driveway sanding, my former contractor passed away. I researched their website, my town and surrounding towns were listed as within their area of service. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude, after checking to see if they were accepting new contracts came back on and asked where I am located. When I told her my street she cut me off and said "we don't go out that far " I tried to tell her that their website says they do but she once again cut me off and very curtly stated that they do not. Well then they better update their website.

Rob listened well to understand the look I wanted. He Is very knowledgeable of his craft and was able to offer great suggestions to help obtain the look I wanted. He and his crew were reliable and great to work with. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. My stamped concrete and patio are one of my favorite design elements of my new home. Highly recommend!!

2019 will go down in the books as the most challenging Winter ever! Due to injuries & health related restrictions, my husband & I were unable to tend to our usual shoveling & raking duties. We reluctantly agreed to call a professional to handle this. From the very first visit, we were so impressed with the speed, agility and attention to detail that RWN afforded us! Despite running out of places to put snow, these young men tackled each challenge head on and never stopped! They listened to every question and had intelligent answers and tremendous patience! Bob & Ann Michelle have been so helpful with scheduling & billing and understanding our limitations. We are very pleased with our choice to go to RWN for our snow removal and look forward to a long a prosperous relationship!

I have been a independent residential contractor for 35 yrs. Nov 2017 RWN also known as Robert Nelson, installed entrance steps at our home. Despite trying to work with Robert Nelson he responded with personal attacks thru emails. Now he refuses to finish the stairs. I have never had such a negative experience in all my years working with contractors and customers. IMHO great product...but stay clear of RWN
Now to clarify some misinformation provided by RWN.
1. False statement. “despite him not telling us his specific requirements" isn't that the contractors job to get that information so he can quote the job!? I did provide a story board and a profile drawing.

2. False statement RWN wrote “we never attacked him poorly” “It is apparent to us that you are seeking advice from others explaining to them what you are looking for and receiving the affirmation you are looking for.” “at the risk of being blunt I don't trust you or more specifically your recollection of how conversations go”.
Often when friends come to the house they are usually inquisitive about my latest personal projects whether it be landscape, car restoration or boat building. When asked about the new entrance steps, visitors apparently thought I had poured the steps. Professionals comments were more critical and backed up my concerns. Again never was RWN mentioned. In Dec 2018 I went to small claims court because RWN wanted the balance contract paid despite the job was 1/2 done and unacceptable. The court dismissed my requirement to pay the second half of the contract. First two photos are of RWN New Rock Creations.
