I reached out for heating service , John called back the next day. He asked me to explain the problem, and I gave him the information he requested. He told me he would be there either that day which was a Thursday or Friday he would call prior to showing up. He never called he never showed up, after trying to get back in touch with him, my phone calls were ignored. A professional thing to do would’ve just told me he did not want to work on my system. Instead I had to wait another four days before I had hot water. The funny thing is he lives in the same town and I see him in public frequently, next time I see him I will ask him the reasoning behind not manning up and just letting me know he did not want to do the job.
