Marcos from RVA Roofing came out quickly for an estimate. However, after he came out, I did not hear back for 1 week. I emailed twice and finally got a response 5 days later that a quote was coming. I waited another few days, still no quote. I never got the quote after giving up after 2 weeks. I tried calling the number for RVA Roofing and left voicemails too. No response. I ended up going with J. King DeShazo. They did great work.
I reached out to several roofing contractors in the area for a repair estimate and RVA roofing was the only company that came through. Marcos was very transparent, professional, and willing to help. Not to mention he did great work. I definitely plan to do business with him again!
