A++++. Blower motor went out on our AC for our camper. Called later in the day but they got us in the next day. Got our AC back on a day it was supposed to be 102 degrees. We were camping at the Harpers Ferry KOA this past weekend and ran into 2 separate issues with our travel trailer. I'll start with when I called they answered right away and were very polite. They had a technician out in both instances in less than an hour and a half. The technician, David, fixed our plumbing issue without any problem and then he traced and fixed our electrical issue without any problem as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite as well. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.

My RV air conditioner was loose and a friend recommended that I call RV ROAD TECH. Julie answered my call and set up an appointment. Dave arrived on schedule and secured the unit. Great people, and I will recommend them to my friends.

When we arrived at the koa, one of our slides did not work at all. We called and David arrived within the hour. He found out that our relay board was bad, but was able to repair it. He saved the day, because the slide was for the bedroom and my wife would not have been able to use the bed. Great company, service, and price was very reasonable

Had issues with my Thor 2024 compass solar controller not working. The RV been in and out of the shop for 1.5 years of ownership trying to get the electrical system working properly and doing upgrades. Got tired of the RV sitting at repair shops for months and not being used for the purpose I purchased it for. So I tried RV mobile tech , he found the electrical issues and was able to make the repairs , now everything seems to be working as it supposed to be and wasn’t over charged for the work. Definitely will use again. RV mobile tech will now be my go to for RV repairs.

Julie and Dave were great to work with. They replaced our air conditioner with a new unit and looked over the entire camper to let us know that everything appeared to be in good shape for the upcoming year. If you have specific job you want done, be specific when scheduling the appointment so that they bring all of the parts needed. The communication was top notch and it was so nice to get the work done at the site and not have to leave the camper at a dealer for who knows how long. Will definitely plan on using them again next year to help replace an awning and any other upgrades/repairs that need to be done.

By far the best rv repair we have ever used. They come prepared and know their stuff. We have used them twice now and have been blown away by their experience and professionalism. We have used many repair businesses in our travels over the years and this is by far the best one.

I had an emergency generator problem that was able to get fixed in a very reasonable time frame at a great price! Julie was very fast at responding to messages or any questions that I had.

So grateful for Dave to arrange his appointments to help us out. We were stranded at a Harvest Host with two slides that would not come in as we were ready to leave for our next destination. Our tanks were getting full and we knew we couldn’t last much longer. Dave was the most knowledgeable of anyone that has tried to fix this issue. He tried many things and got a solution. Now we can head out to our next destination.

I was in a bind with winter coming soon and I needed my 5th wheel roof cleaned and rubberized. They went above and beyond with fixing some membrane they noticed. They managed to fit me in even though I was on the boundary of their service area. They stayed in contact letting me know when they would be arriving. What excellent service! The problem was diagnosed and solved in short order! They are now my "go to" when a repair is needed!

I reached out via text at 9pm after arriving in the middle of a July heat wave. With interior temps between 94 and 102, I knew my a/c was dead and needed replacement. By 10 pm my order was in and paid for (via PayPal) with a realistic 3 day wait for the new unit to arrive. I got a message at 2pm on day three saying they were on the way and when I arrived at the campground Julie and Dave already had the new unit on the roof. I kept out of the way, distracted the dogs and enjoyed a cool beverage. In about an hour they were done. Not only did I have a sweet new heat pump a/c, but Dave wired in a new thermostat for the old furnace as well.
These guys were realistic, honest and professional. After trying to source parts to DIY in a strange place I really feel like the price was more than fair.
As far as the unit, Houghton 15k heat pump with wireless remote. It cools fast, and is super quiet! I can hear the TV at less than half the volume required before. Plus I was able to cook dinner and stay in the mid 70s with a window open and two exhaust fans running.
Five stars! They saved my bacon.

RV Road Tech is a great company!!! Easy to deal with, prompt, courteous, and dependable. I usually make my own repairs, but have been short on available time. We had them replace the awning fabric on our 2013 travel trailer. They led us through the process of obtaining photos to ensure that the correct awning was ordered. The exact fabric & color was no longer available, but they were able to find several choices of fabric & color options. The order was placed and they obtained the new awning fabric in just a few days. They arrived at the scheduled time and finished the job more quickly than promised. The process from beginning to end was seamless. They answered my call promptly, made the payment process easy, and delivered on the promised time table. While they were there, my wife asked about changing our door lock. They offered free advice, telling her where she could find the appropriate lock, made a couple of recommendations on types of lock available, and even showed her how easy it is to change out ourselves. I would absolutely use RV Road Tech again & will recommend them to my fiends who own RVs.

We had multiple issues with a motorhome. David arrived and went straight to work. Within an hour and a half he had resolved all issues! We couldn’t be happier!!! Very cost effective results from a true professional. RV Road Tech is now our “go to” professional! Highly recommend!!!

I reached out about getting a power tongue jack and LED strip lighting under my awning installed. I was scheduled within 3 days of my tongue jack arriving; the tech was super nice and informative about what he would do. Work was completed in about 1 hour, and he even found a use for the left over LED strip inside our one overhead cabinets. I will be using them in the future for RV/Camper related work, and I highly recommend them.

The bedroom slide on our RV would not retract. It was at Summit Point so we had to leave it there. I sent a text to RV ROAD TECH on Sunday evening. They responded first thing Monday morning. Their schedule was full, but they made time at the end of the day for me.

Dave arrived earlier than I expected. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem (a loose plug) in less than 2 hours.

The cost was exactly as estimated and very fair compared to the rip off pricing at a dealer.

My motorhome slides weren’t working and levelers wouldn’t come up. After finally getting them up , I had to go to Walmart to find level spots until the parts came from HWH. I called RV road tech, Dave knew exactly what the problem was, came to my location and changed the relays in no time. I’m so glad I found him and can be on my way!

If I could give more that 5 stars I would!! I've been having trouble getting my tankless water heater installed. I was told by several other places they couldn't do it. This company had no problem doing it. They ordered the parts and came and installed. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend for all your camper needs.

RV Road Tech Mobile RV Service is an excellent company! Dave the technician came to the place our camper is located because the propane furnace was not working. In a very short time, he found the problem-mud wasps had blocked up the furnace exhaust with their nest. He cleaned it out and adjusted the switch on the furnace. Dave is very knowledgeable, efficient, and an all around nice person. Also, scheduling this appointment with Julie was a breeze.

Incredible service!! Fast. Friendly. Knowledgeable. We had severe roof damage from hitting a low bridge. A/C unit was completely destroyed and even had slide damage. Two thirds of our roof was rebuilt, new and upgraded heatpump/ac unit installed and the slide was fixed. These folks were diligent in getting us fixed and road ready in less than a week.

We were very pleased and impressed by the responsiveness and service of this company! The great dispatch communication and timely scheduling got the tech out to our house quickly. The problem was immediately diagnosed and resolved. These Techs know their stuff...not just a joe with a toolbox.

The Tech explained the problem and the fix while taking the time to thoroughly test the A/C and temp control system. It's great piece of mind knowing these folks serve our area and do great work in maintaining customer RVs. While not an emergency situation at a campsite or out on the road, it sure beat dragging a 40ft trailer two hours to a dealer only to waits months to get it back. We cant thank you enough. Campers....do yourself a favor and call RV ROADTECH when you have a problem.

We packed up to leave Harpers Ferry KOA when the slides failed to come in. David from RV Road Tech came out the next day and figured out quickly that the motor was bad. He was able to rework the motor enough that we could close the slides and get on the road home. Thank you David!

This is our second time using RV Road Tech and they have been great both times. The first time they came to us and repaired our slide in our camper that the cables had broken. This time we were having an electrical issue and the tech Dave diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to us that we were not aware of. We will be using them for any and all repairs we need in the future. Would give more than 5 stars if I were able. They are also very prompt on their appointment times and even text with a window closer to your appointment.

I had a furnace issue. I called on a Saturday. The tech came out Monday morning and fixed my furnace. After talking to the tech I found him very knowledgeable.

On the road and this happened (see photo) safely pull over and research the area. I call Road Tech and they were out and had our repair done quickly in less than 3 hours! I was very impressed! Our electrical wire had been dragging and he even added some extra supports to make sure it won’t happen again!

We own a tiny house and RV campground and have used RV Road Tech numerous times and always have had a great experience. RV Road Tech has done a lot of electrical work, AC work, new stove installation and hot water heater installation, furnace and propane work on our tiny homes and airstreams etc, and it’s all continued to work great. This gentleman came out the same day to fix my Dometic (spelling?) heater in my new RV. Fast, friendly, professional. Highly recommend. They charged Winnebago directly on my behalf! Never purchase a Winnebago. But if you do… you’ll need this company to repair it often.

We were on our way from Florida to New York State when our Winnebago lost its 12 volt power. We arrived at our campsite at Watermellon Park Campground near Winchester Virginia and plugged in our RV. After 2 hours or so the RV lights were getting dim and nothing was working correctly. In a panic we searched the internet for help, I called at least 5 different places and left messages, mind you it was after 6pm. The RV Road Tech message said to send a text message so I did. WOW with in 10 minuets we were explaining our situation to them. Long story short by 9pm and just as the sun was setting the technician "David" had us up and running 100%! This Company is AMAZING! Only wish they were in Florida too.

Amazing customer service!
We were camping near Harpers ferry, WV when the furnace quit. We googled RV Repair near me and found RV ROAD TECH mobile service.
I Called them at 2pm and after a quick conversation along with texting my information they texted me right back. The text included the service invoice for payment and the scheduled time for repair THE SAME DAY. The technician arrived on time and OMG “Dave” had the furnace up and running in less than an hour!

It’s now been 3 days and it’s working like new! The service cost was very fair @$220 for labor and trip charge, it also saved me a trip to my local dealer back home. Overall we were VERY impressed with the efficiency and service from them. We wish we had a “RV Road Tech” mobile camper service back home.

Great Profesional. We had another repair person try to put in our AC unit, but put it in backwards. Dave fixed it in half the time it took for the other guy to put it in backwards.
