Helped us out in a pinch. Saved our trip. We would've been mad stinky if they hadn't figured out what was up with our water pump.

We couldn't figure out why our water wasn't pumping after being winterized. We stumbled across RV Mobile Doc at 1880 town and they were kind enough to take the time to help us figure it out!

Excellent service. We needed our 5th wheel winterized. Don and his team responded quickly, scheduled the winterizing the morning we left and did the job before the rv was pulled into storage. Great and efficient communication and professional work ethic. We will call Don again for future needs.

After a long drive coming from Florida my slide on my Imagine trailer would not come out. My motor sounded like the gears were stripped.I was recommended by one of my neighbors next to me about them. Within minutes they arrived and were able to get my slide out manually. They ordered a new motor and replaced it within a couple days. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic service!! I had a tricky leveler problem and Don was persistent, thorough and incredibly helpful. He didn’t brush off the issue (and had to come back after conferring with the manufacturer) and helped me understand how to maintain my coach to prevent future issues. The best mobile tech I’ve used. They helped my family out when they were closed. It was cold and we didn’t have power and finding out we had kiddos, they came to our rescue and actually answered questions that we weren’t getting answers for from others. He was very informative and as new rv owners and not knowing, we felt like we knew more after he left. He didn’t look down on us for not knowing much but helped us without question. What a fantastic find! Don came out immediately to take a look at my failed rear hydraulic jack. While he couldn't make the repair in the field; he was super informative and helpful. He made calls on the weekend and he stayed in constant contact with me until he had a solution. Best mobile service I've ever had!

My son travels the the country for work and is interested in buying a camper he can live in full-time. I was fortunate enough to reach out to Don at RV Mobile Doc. Don was very helpful and professional. He was able to identify a lot of different potential issues and equipment to get inspected before buying. Don is a national inspector and when making this type of large investment, I would highly recommend calling Don before purchasing. Our family was vacationing in Arizona and we started having some trouble with getting our RV slides out. We got ahold of Don as he was also in the area on vacation and without hesitation he came out and helped us. Such a great guy and spent his vacation time helping us out. First of all, let me say these guys are amazing. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Don and I described him what was happening with my heater in my camper he’s not even in the same state and he knew what was wrong with my heater, to me that’s pretty amazing. We had a recall on a gas line quick connect. Don response same day, reviewed the recall, ordered parts and had us repaired within a couple days. Great communication and response. We highly recommend his service!

Well, I was in Rapid City, South Dakota the Schwintech system on one of my slide outs jammed up, and I could not use the slide, and I was only about 1/3 of a way through my coast to Coast trip. I googled mobile RV tech near me and received many options, but I chose RV mobile tech because they had by far the highest reviews, and they did not disappoint. I was extremely impressed by his vast knowledge of the Schwintech system He provided me With future preventative maintenance techniques that will prevent it from happening again. I was back on the road, and knock wood I have not had any trouble with that slide out since.
Since then he was able to diagnose and repair the problem with my power steps to the entry door of our coach in just a matter of minutes. When you were paying by the hour for repairs, experience and knowledge can save you an awful lot of money instead of having to pay somebody to learn on your RV I only gave five stars because you cannot give more. Words cannot express how strongly and highly I recommend RV Mobile Doc.

Don and his crew perform top notch, professional work! They rubberized the entire roof on my 2013 Entegra Cornerstone in 2 days. Excellent job doesn't begin to describe their work. I can't say enough good things about Don's Mobile RV Doc services.

Don was very nice and kept me informed as to when he’d be here. He gave me an estimate before hand and actually charged me less as it took less time than he thought. His price was reasonable and next time I’m in the Black Hills area and have an RV issue I’ll call him again.

Our refrigerator went out during our trip and with 2 weeks left in our trip we called Don at RV Mobile Doc. He immediately was able to work us in and fixed our problem.

Wow! Call Don. You’ll be glad you did. He came highly recommended to me from the volunteers in Custer State Park. He went thru a set of diagnostics on my fridge (electrical problem) and had me up and running very quickly. He knows his stuff. Showed up when he said he would and very reasonably priced.

WOW! Don was awesome! He answered ALL my (somewhat crazy) questions. He showed up when he said he would, completed all repairs in short order and was very reasonably priced.

Call these guys first! True pricing and total pros. They replaced our awning in Keystone on a beastly hot day with no shade. Quick, efficient and genuinely nice guys.

I’ve never been so impressed by this father and son’s mobile RV service. They climbed up on a sizzling hot roof, found and fixed our rooftop AC problems. No surprise in the cost, either … about one third what my dealership charged just months ago to create the problems with ignorance and misplacing wiring within the unit during the spring “inspection” and spring service. Excellent, friendly, honest. I only wish this family could clone itself in my state of Utah. But thank God, they were in Rapid City, SD when we needed them most!

It's taken me while to write this review. I wanted to get it right! My daughter and I along with her 2 young boys took a trip to Ennis Mt. from Bellville Oh. On Wed. June 26 am we couldn't put the sides of our camper in after spending the night in a store parking lot in Rapid City S Dakota. I called RV Mobile Doc. He asked me alot of questions and took his time to help me all he could. He was leaving for Texas as we spoke. He got one of his BUSY techs to come help us. It didn't take long! Problem solved! THANK YOU TO RV MOBILE DOC! YOU'RE AWESOME!!!

Fantastic! We were traveling thru Rapid City, with only a 3 day stay and had BOTH A/C units malfunction on our toy hauler. Don had his guy Zach out to fix them the same day we called! He was so personable and knew what he was doing - got both units going again and charged us way less than we expected. Definitely the go-to service in this area!

Don was great to help us while we are vaacationing in black hills. We broke the waterpump and few electrical battery issues. He was prompt and managed to get parts and resolve in a day visiting twice from a farther distance. Definetly recommend his service

After we arrived and found that our RV light had fallen and completely shattered during travels, we called around in hopes for someone to respond out to us. After talking to another technician on the phone who was less than pleasant, Don immediately called back and as soon as we talked to him we knew we were in great hands! He was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and overall a great guy! When he came out (right at dinner time), he walked through everything with my husband and I which made us way more confident and comfortable with the situation. Don even held multiple side conversations and connected with us on multiple aspects which we greatly appreciated as we were so anxious. We would whole heartedly recommend Don to anyone who needs any services, he is certified and a pro!

Called Don at 8:00 a.m. with a water leak in our fifth wheel. He was there to the RV park about 10:00 a.m. and fixed it in about a half an hour. Friendly courteous service. Highly recommend!!

Don got right on the job and had it done in no time. Hella of a nice guy to boot. He charged a reasonable price and he came to do the job a day earlier than he thought he could schedule me in for. Wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

I have traveled all around the country and ran into a lot of people who are “RV repair” and they don’t know what they’re doing and still charge me for doing nothing or doing it wrong. And Don and his son are fantastic every time we’ve used them. They are the only ones I’d let work on my RV. They always help you make informed decisions, based on all factors, cost, time, effort, etc. 10/10 recommend.

Don and Shane are some of the most personable and honest RV techs I have ever met. They came out and worked on our RV after our slide sparred with our grill on accident… Neither of them made me feel worse for my accident and they made quick work of a tricky job the repair some pinched wires behind our fridge. I HIGHLY recommend this company who have been working on RVs for many years if they are in your area!

Don was amazing. We had full electrical failure to the house portion of our RV while camping (and with the slide out thus rendering it not drive-able). He helped my husband problem solve over the phone, and when that did not offer a quick solution, they were here the next morning! They fixed it, efficiently! Thank you for all the help! We will not loose your card shall we have needs again!
