Solid roofing professionals. John came out to fix a leak on the roof. He didn't ooh and ugh and arg and tell me the whole thing is about to collapse and I need a new roof asap. None of that! No scare tactics or pushing roof replacement on us. I did some repairs myself and did a poor job, John came in and fixed it for a reasonable price. They were able to come out the next day after I called which is also unheard of these days. It has been raining like crazy last few days and the ceiling is super dry, so they did a good job! I hope we won't need any more roof repairs ever but if we do, this is the place we are calling.

We recently had our roof replaced by Rugged Roofing and we could not be happier with the quality and experience. Originally, we reached out for a roof leak and John was able to get us through another year after two emergency calls where he went above and beyond our expectations. This year, he and his team replaced the entire thing, quickly and pretty quietly (we could still work from home). The roof looks beautiful! There were some finishing touches that we did not expect, in particular, two areas that were unprotected downspouts when it rained, are now directed into our gutter (no more getting soaked when opening our gate). I was particularly impressed on how clean they kept my gardens and yard (especially important since there is quite a bit of stuff in there). I couldn't even tell they had been here considering the scope of the project. We don't plan on moving but if we did and needed another roof, I'd use these guys again. Definitely recommend!

John was awesome to work with, highly recommend! We had a leaky skylight that he replaced. Some unexpected work had to be done to have everything fit properly. He even spread some moss powder while he was up there! Communication was prompt and clear. Price was fair. Can't recommend him enough!

I’ve recommended Rugged Roofing to all my neighbors. This fall, after a big storm we noticed water running down our siding. It was on a weekend, and I struggled to get a hold of any other roofing company, let alone someone that would schedule an appointment sooner than later. I called Rugged Roofing and John arrived that same day. He quickly assessed the problem and found a small hole under a shingle. John fixed the leak in our roof, applied moss remover and assessed its overall condition. He charged a very fair price for all these services. I've had multiple contractors come out and say they "fixed" the roof leak we've had for over two years, only for it to leak again.

John comes in to save the day. Not only did he come out the same day I called and actually look at the roof (unlike some of the other contractors I hired), but he took photos of where the leak was (water was hitting a nail that wasn't hammered down), showed me where the water damage was, and what was done to fix it. John was very professional and friendly and offered me a very good price for the repair. I'm fairly confident the leak is fixed now. I will definitely call John again for my roofing needs.

If you need a roofer, this is it...stop right here! John is amazing! He bid on cleaning my elderly mom's metal roof and because of his personality and explanation of what he would do, we chose him to do the job. We were the farthest thing from disappointed that people could get! He did such a beautiful job and made her roof look brand new again. Some weeks later, we discovered that she had a leak (from a previous window installation, nothing John did) and we called him to come bid. Again, stellar job done by John in getting the leak fixed, the metal roof put back on, a timely fix and he left the job site clean. We moved my mom out of the area, but if she was still there, we wouldn't hesitate for one second in calling John. Integrity is huge and John is loaded with it! He will do you right , with a smile on his face. Very pleasant to work with as was his crew. To say we are highly satisfied is an absolute understatement!

We worked with John last year to replace some old sky lights. He informed us that our shingles had some pretty serious granual loss. We didn't have the budget to replace a roof at the time, but John was great at keeping in touch to make sure we were not seeing any leaking. Fast forward a year, when we were ready to get the roof done, John and team did a great job about explaining the process, and going over the different options in materials. We even had some rotten plywood on the roof which they were quick to take care of. I don't expect to really worry about my sky lights or roofs anytime soon. John is great! Highly recommended. Responded quickly to my roof repair request. Was able to do the work the next day. Replaced some damaged shingles, caulked some worn out seals, cleaned out the gutters, and put down some moss killer. All at a reasonable price. He has a lot of experience and is very personable.

I called 2 other roofing companies. One jerked me around for a few days so I tried another. They were unsuccessful at stopping the leak. John was the 3rd company we called out. He was quick to respond, prompt, and reliable. He showed up ready to go with correct materials and fixed my leak. It has down poured since and there is no leaking. He even referred me to a drywall painting contractor that could fix the damage. 10/10 would recommend John again for any roofing issue.

Not only did they repair our neighbors roof leak, but he came over to our home and cleaned our roof the same day!! Don’t even need to say how bad it needed it! Cleaned the ground cleaner than it was and i could have eaten dinner off the roof!! And the neighbors finally leak free!! Well played guys!

I can be a handy enough for most repairs around the house but with a one year old, I find I have less time to do these things. I took a look at our leaks and had a pretty good idea what the problem was, but like I said, no time to fix it myself. We called John after a friend recommended him. John was great. He came out to take a look at what we needed repaired and got back to us within a couple days (around the holidays no less) with an estimate. We scheduled a day within a week and he was prompt and professional. When he was finished he shared photos of what he had done. No more leaks, Thanks John!

I don’t typically write reviews but I was so impressed with John and his team’s work replacing our roof. Not only was he reasonably priced and fair, he provided suggestions to help reduce cost, but not compromise quality. Our roof was not in great shape, they made it look brand new! Nothing like a contractor that shows up on time, does what they say they will do and completes the work in the time proposed with quality in mind. They even supported working around our family schedule to make the work as least disruptive as possible. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would - I highly recommend them!

They did a great job, very experienced and professional. We have had some severe wind and rain this last winter so it's nice to have confidence that my roof is sturdy and won't leak. I am very happy with the whole experience and it's nice to deal with a trustworthy company these days.
