Ruff Construction

I had RCI install a mandated toilet fix in both my bathrooms. The worker they sent out was fabulous, and the project manager I worked with was efficient and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Ruff again.

This is my first review. Usually, I don't feel compelled to "rate" companies I've never hired. But... a company whose driver risked putting multiple lives in danger by the way he drives to get one car length ahead has earned my effort.
Driving N on Hwy 203 (at the speed limit), this guy chose an incredibly dangerous moment to pass me and my kids. With an oncoming car and an oncoming bicycle, he left himself no exits. To avoid the oncoming car, he'd either have to crash into the bicyclist or sideswipe me.
To avoid hitting him, the oncoming car would have to plow through the cyclist on the side of the road or drive headlong in to my lane.
I was the only one with a solution which was to slam on my brakes so the fool could get around me faster.
The sad thing is, as we rolled in to Monroe, Ruff Construction Inc. driver was stopped in the same traffic backup, just one car length ahead of where he would have been had he just driven normally.
I won't send a company my business when they employ people who are so cavalier about others' welfare; demonstrating complete ignorance or apathy towards the company they represent.
