Took my Jeep in to see if he could put in a new zipper for the back window (soft top). They were totally open and honest with me when he said it would be cheaper for me to just buy a new soft top. The job would be time consuming so I completely understand his costs. Thank you for looking at my jeep and being so honest.

Really great people. THEY ACTUALLY care about their customers. Offer g a professional service. It 'seams' (play on words, NO JOB TOO SMALL. Provided you have time. They do tedious work that requires a skill-set unlike most. You will see their results EVERYDAY- It's gotta be right!

He did a fantastic job on my Buick’s interior, the whole inside upholstery on the roof was coming apart, and within half a day had the whole thing done as good as new, and even glued down a little bit of the carpet that was coming up (I didn’t ask them to do it but they did it anyway without extra charge.)
But I’m so happy and they were all as nice as could be.

Eddie and the crew did an outstanding job for one of our clients on short notice. We would not have expected anything less. Eddie, we appreciate your help and we thank you.

A garbage shop.
I asked him to recolor a seat in my car, even bought the factory kit for it which was above what he advised. Instead of calling me back, giving me details of a job done, I had to call him and he finally admitted to me after keeping my car for half a day that he didn't want to do the job because he didn't have the right spray gun for it, after he had already agreed to take the job on.

But this isn't my only bad experience with him. Prior to that I had asked him to put some liners in the saddle bags of my motorcycle. Mind you I had bought them and all he had to do was in unbolt twothings from inside, and secure them in. He said he couldn't do it, and pawned me off to his brother, who basically said the same thing.
I will never try to do business with him again, he can't find time to help out people who really need small work done, because has all of those antique cars sitting in there all the time getting full interiors. He needs to stop advertising as a full service shop and just work on antiques.

Been going to Eddie &Mike with classic Corvettes, SS Chevelle for about 13 years, if you are looking for vinyl tops, convertible top, or any interior work, he is your man! I am in N.C. With upholstery people all around, but I go to Va, why he is the best! John

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
