I found out about David at the last minute to do my home inspection. He was very accommodating of my time line and was able to fit me into an empty slot for the same day. He was able to do mold, lead, radon and the home inspection. He is a very keen observer and does not miss anything. EVERYTHING the flipper did needs to be removed and redone correctly from the "new" metal roof all the way to the floor joists in the basement.
David saved us from a huge mistake, this house would have cost us $150,000 or more to right all the wrongs.
We highly recommend David for any & all pre-purchase inspections, it will be some of the best money you ever spent!

I would absolutely recommend using David to do your home inspection! He loves what he does, and his work shows it. He is very thorough and takes a ton of pictures (and even videos when necessary). He wants to make sure you know exactly what you are getting into when purchasing your new home so he will go over everything with you in person on site at the end of the inspection as well. So where to start. Well I am a first tume homebuyer and I do not know what to look for but with his help I was able to be in the know. I called David on a weekend and he was able to get my house inspected in a week!
We are first time homebuyers and bought a new construction house. We had no idea that you should never forgo an inspection, no matter when the house was built.

He has a lifetime of experience as a home builder and is an extremely skilled home inspector He performed detailed inspection on two properties for us, one of which we are purchasing. He patiently answered all of our questions and gave us detailed, typed reports on the repairs that were needed. Without his help, serious safety problems would have been missed (electrical, foundation, roof, mold, flooring problems, etc).
