Rocky and his crew did an amazing job on our complete roof replacement!

To start, we were approached by “storm chasers” FBC and it wasn’t sitting right with me. They were pushy and basically stated that the cost of our roof replacement would be whatever the insurance quoted. That made me think, hmmm… something must be wrong if a company can’t or isn’t willing to give you a fair quote based on their own professional opinion. They’re simply in it for the money.

We then proceeded to contact RSC. To be honest, I wanted at least 1 more contractor to come out and make our decision from there, but after speaking with Rocky, it was clear who we were going with.

Besides being quoted what I believe to be fair, he went above and beyond to make sure our property was neat and cleaned after the job was finished. He even brought a porta potty for his team to use and asked them in a courteous manner to take down some random things the previous homeowner had installed on the exterior of our home at no charge!

Not only does he care about the quality of the work him & his team produces, it’s obvious that he’s an amazing boss and takes care of his team. THAT’S THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO HIRE! Thank you again Rocky and team!

Its worst job!! it was 2023 march!

" I've never seen this woest job Because roof has many spots and holes! i think They didn't fix completely, if they said that we fixed completely. I think its gonna break soon.. you should ask warranty . And if they can come ASAP . You have to ask soon. "

ROCKY , he came our apartment sometimes, but he couldn't fix yet.
We think about is that warranty?
Still leaking from our ceiling...
And he said '' im going to come in 10 to 15 min'' but he didn't show up. My husband came back to home from his office. But NO SHOW!! IS THAT YOUR COMPANY RESPONSE? you don't have any RESPONSIBILITY!!

この会社というか、英語がまともに話せない仕事がちゃんと出来ない人を雇ってます！！私達がどのくらいこの人達に払った金額があるかお知らせしたいくらいです！ロッキーというオーナーが何度も直しに来てますが、
①まず時間を守らない。
②夫に仕事から戻らせといて本人は現れないで、ミーティングしてると言って来ない
③何度もワーランティと言って直しに来てるが一向に雨漏りが止まらない。

この会社は金を返して欲しい他に頼むから。屋上で遊んでるの？何をしてるのかほんとに分からない。プロならしっかり調べて直してよ！すごい高いお金をマネージメントカンパニーから貰ってるのに！！ほんとにクソ！！

RSC was hired in March 2023 to repair a leak on the roof of our apartment. I don't know what they did but they got paid by our AOAO in March and on April 2 my ceiling leaked after a heavy rain. Rocky supposedly did follow up work but it didn't rain hard for 6 months. When another heavy rain came in November 2023 my ceiling leaked again. Texted Rocky and he said he'd send guys when the weather cleared up. Weather cleared up and I asked when his crew was coming. No response. Here it is in mid-December and it rained and my ceiling is still leaking. RSC was hired to repair our roof but it was never fixed correctly. Each time its rained since RSC finished their job, my ceiling leaks.
