This is the first time I am getting a maintenance session with Aloha and I could not be more impressed! My technician, Michael, was pleasant and listened to directions, such as avoiding the spray by my Tesla batteries. He was thorough in using granules in the rock garden and checked on every Sentricon bait station. It was great having text messages that the technician was on his way.

Daniel Kaniala always does a good job maintaining all of our termite stations, always lets us know when he’s on his way and when he’s finish. we had issues with another company not checking the stations as we are always off island working. Chris called me after the pest control service to advise me that Dad's condo had some beetles by the window. He found them in the pantry in ri e and pasta. He threw it all out and asked me to have the housekeeper clean good before the next service so he can guage the problem further. Not living in Honolulu, I appreciate this communication greatly.

We’ve been using Aloha Termite to ground treat our home since 2002 (and parents’ home from even earlier). Ivan did the first treatment in 2002 and ever since then, we’ve always asked for him when scheduling our treatments every 5 yrs. He’s professional, friendly, and very thorough. We walked around the house together before and after the treatment. Having Ivan service our home gives us a sense of comfort that our home is well protected from ground termites. Wouldn’t want anyone else treating our home.

Chris is our new serviceman (the usual guy has another area now) Appointment window was 12-2. We’re happy Chris called ahead and came soon after 12. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Thank you!

Daniel was very thorough. This was the first time I had the tech treat the inside. He knocked on all closed doors. He let me know when he completed the job and was leaving. Daniel was very respectful and he did a thorough job.

Stacey spent time looking at our house, speaking with our painters and identifying areas of concern. She was readily available even after our appointment to answer any question. It is because of Stacey that we chose AlohaTermite and Pest Control. On tenting day, Keahi's crew showed up exactly as scheduled with a text message before they came. They used great care getting on the roof, rolling down the tarp and worked around the plants my mother had for 20+ years. Keahi walked us through the tenting process, answered all our questions, and put my mind at ease. Keahi has to be a respected leader because his crew worked together quickly, efficiently and most importantly showed that they love what they do as they took great pride in their work. Aloha offers more than other companies that do tent fumigation. I especially liked that they do gas monitoring which other companies said they didn't have. We Love Aloha Termite, we were getting ripped off when we were with Terminix, they only inspected our in ground stations once a year if even that much. But Aloha Termite comes every 3 months. Whenever I call the office I get a live person... that's a huge plus nowadays since you can hardly ever get a live person. Also, they went above and beyond when we needed our house tented. Jason and Patrick are AWESOME! They use products that are safe for us and our dogs. I'm the past people have left our gate unlocked, but not Jason and Patrick. We just love your staff!
