I was blown away by the professionalism of RRP Termite and Pest control Service of WA. We needed pest control cleaning at our home in WA, and Arex went above and beyond. He conducted a very thorough pest control inspection and clearly explained each issue. His pest removal strategy addressed our rodent infestation and he also tackled an unexpected ant problem. The extermination services covered everything from insect control to sealing off rodent entry points. He applied a comprehensive termite treatment that was pet-safe, which we appreciated. I’ve already referred B&I Pest Control Services to two of my neighbors. Arex’s expertise made a huge difference. No more scratching in the walls and no more bugs. Thank you!

We had to oversee a number of contractors before partnering with RRP Termite and Pest Control Service of WA. Their team handled pest treatment, duct and dryer vent cleaning, fireplace maintenance, attic insulation, and roof repairs. They enhanced the effectiveness and security of our fireplace, fixed the flue, and cleaned the chimney. It's really convenient to work with a single company that takes care of everything. The staff members were kind, well-trained, and always on time. It was easy to schedule because of their contractor. Now our house feels more organized, clean, and comfortable.

Great all-in-one housekeeping service! They gave the house a fresh vibe. Cleaning the air ducts and dryer vents enhanced the quality of the air. The removal of mold was done safely. The sweep of the chimney was quick and tidy. The masonry was sturdy and dependable. Our termite problem was quickly resolved by pest treatment. Everything looked and functioned well after the wood stove and gas fireplace were cleaned. Heating expenses have already decreased as a result of the attic insulation. RRP Termite and Pest control Service of WA I heartily recommend!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
