Steve and his folks from Perfection Services were nothing but professional, courteous and gracious. They did a great job in record time, even though the weather was atrocious. In my experience it rare to find a company, that turn up as planned on time, and do a great job in good spirits. I would have no hesitation of recommending this local business.

Stephen and his crew were great! They came to clean our roofs in February 2025 and I was very pleased with their work. They were punctual and professional. They climbed our very steep roofs to first brush them clean, then apply the moss deterrent (baking soda) and, finally, to clean the gutters.

I was especially impressed that they only used soft brushes to clean the asphalt shingles. This is a lot better for the roof's longevity compared to power washing. Our neighbor recently had their roofs cleaned by another company, which spent TWO DAYS blasting the heck out of their already quite clean roofs with power washers. I can only imagine the damage that did to the shingles. Stephen and his crew finished our house, the two outbuildings, and the very professional final cleanup in less than 2 hours! I'll definitely be calling him for all future roof services.

We've had Perfection Services clean our gutters and roof yearly for the past 2 years, and they always do a fantastic job. The crew has always been on time, efficient, and very respectful of our property and landscaping. Steven and his crew have cleaned our gutters, washed upstairs windows and skylights, and pressure washed our deck and sidewalk for a number of years. They do a wonderful, very careful job. We very highly recommend them.

Perfection Services did a great job washing down our metal roofs, removing debris from the remainder of the roof, cleaning the gutters and downspouts, and cleaning the exterior of one section of the house where we had a hornets nest removed. We have scheduled them back this Fall to treat our roofs for moss. I highly recommend this company.

Steven and his crew have been cleaning our gutters and metal roof for a few years now, and we plan to keep hiring them. Good communication, excellent work, courteous and clean up well. Price is comparable to similar businesses. He has gotten a lot busier since we first hired him, so plan ahead. I usually text him and although he doesn’t always get back to me in the same day, he always gets back to me - so be patient. He is booking a month or so out in the summer. He is good at confirming your appt as well as the scope of the job and lets you know what time they will be there the day before. Again, excellent communication and great work - don’t hesitate to hire him!

We've had Perfection Services do work at our house for a number of years now: clean roof and gutters twice a year, clean windows once or twice a year, and pressure wash once a year. They show up on time, work efficiently and they do good good work. Steven is now scheduling your next appointment after they finish work at your house so that you don't have any gap in service. All the people who work at Perfection Services are nice, they are careful, and they clean up any mess that's made from roof cleaning. His prices are good. I'll keep using them!

We love Perfection Services. They have been cleaning our roof and gutters for 2+ years, are always reliable, punctual and do great quick work.

They washed our roof a few years ago, and used so much water that our garage floor started pooling water, and water got shot up up under the eaves and ran into our walls, setting off one of our smoke detectors. When I asked our roof installer about this he said there was no way this could occur unless the pressure washing was completely misdirected. Would not rehire. Given the number of positive reviews these folks have gotten, maybe my experience was simply an aberration.

Very good communication with Steve. They showed up as scheduled and performed requested job per the estimate. I'm very happy with the quality of work, including clean up. I plan to get them on the calendar for the next cleaning. BTW, they used Arm and Hammer baking soda for treatment, so we avoided the toxic chemical treatment.

Steven and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our composite roof and even replaced some damaged shingles they found. They worked very efficiently, completely cleaned up the mess (there was a lot of moss!), and were friendly and respectful. Next job: Our windows! More to come...

Perfection Services, LLC employees came and scraped the moss off the roof, cleaned the gutters and washed all the windows and cleaned the screens. They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Our crew was here about six hours. We have a lot of windows and very high. Several of my neighbors have used them as well.
