We very highly recommend RoofTec. Drews' crews have worked on two houses for us. Drone application of moss control on our steep Craftsman roof made so much sense and worked beautifully. Close up video of that roof helped with a quick and successful sale earlier this year. Our present home had a flat membrane roof with two skylights that was not draining well. Removing one skylight, replacing the other while creating a slope and tying in with improved flashing to the existing conventional roof required engineering and skill. This combined with new technology and materials means the homeowner needs to trust the installer. The crew worked efficiently, answered questions along the way and we now feel confidant that Fall storms will not result in an overhead pond with waterfall! At completion our job was inspected by Drew himself to insure the job was done properly and our questions were answered.

Andrew, Patrick, and the crew are absolutely amazing. They work with you, they're honest, and explain in detail what is and isn't needed. I've never LOVED a roof more. Roof tec is amazing. I am a realtor, and my husband and I restore old homes. Andrew is the best. To date I have had him install 10 roofs for my clients and myself. Each time he does a perfect job. I had my roof done by Roof Tec. They did a decent job. A week or so after I noticed I could hear a lot of exterior noise in my bathroom. I thought I would check the skylight and found that it was not attached to the frame and just sitting there. I called roof tec and they said we'll be out on Monday. They never showed up nor did they call or text. I texted them and they said we had to be in Bellevue and all the way to Bremerton. They said we might be able to come Wednesday. They did not come or contact me. Meanwhile I have 2 skylights that were never screwed in to their frames on the room. The crease in the flashing is propping one end higher so the skylight is not seated (or level) and creating a convection cold draft in the house.......I am a contractor and have a lot of compassion for other contractors, but this is what is, it sucks!

Drew and his team did a fantastic job on our roof. They are professional, competitive, timely and did a wonderful job. We received nothing but compliments from our neighbors on the roof, so much so that one of our neighbors used Roof Tec too. More businesses should take a page from their playbook.

A year ago we had Roof Tec complete a job on our flat roof. They also put roofing shingles on the sides of the roof. We were very pleased.
recently we noticed that a drain seemed clogged. Andrew responded to our call and fixed the problem. Good service.

My roof was starting to leak pretty bad in a few spots(just bought it - inspectors caught it during inspection). I was a little concerned to say the least - so I got a number of quotes from local roofers to check it out. RoofTec - gave me a quote entirely off drone shots - they were able to map out the roof's diameter and ended up giving me a quote that was below the competitions - yet utilizing the same material as the competition. They did an exceptional job in 2 days (1 day tear off + fix leak/molding issues + tar paper) + 1 day adding new Malarky shingles. My new house + new roof looks exceptional - excited to not have a leaky roof in the Pac NW and really grateful I found them on social media. Thanks team!

We needed our gutters cleaned and some fascia board fixed that had a bit of dry rot in it to close the sale of our home in Port Orchard. Andrew was able to get us on his schedule. The man who did the work was very good at his job. He was quick, personable, and is very good at his craft. An enjoyable experience!

I had a tile roof that had numerous broken tiles that were no longer manufactured when the roof began leaking I decided to replace it. i got 5 estimates only two mentioned I would have to remove and replace the gutters plus other items associated with the change from tile to composition. Andrew and his team was the best price and I had witnessed his crew at work next door a couple of years ago and they were quick quiet and did a good job. I was not disappointed and am a satisfied customer.

Such a great crew of roofers -- they worked very hard and clearly knew their stuff. They were especially careful to clean up everything afterwards. And they took care of a later issue bracing one of our chimneys right away.

I can’t recommend Roof Tec enough. They replaced my 20 year old roof in April, on time and within budget. They were easy to work with, kept up with all the changes I wanted midway and cleaned up really well after the job. We’ve had some really heavy rain since then and the roof has been perfect. You can’t go wrong hiring them!

We had heard amazing things about Roof Tec and our three children were excited about watching a huge drone flying around our house, so we arranged a service and could not have been more impressed. Drew was professional, warm, friendly, and efficient. I never once doubted my decision to hire them. The drone was awesome, our kids were delighted to watch, and he was done quickly—but took careful consideration to get all eves of our roof while avoiding the veggie beds down below (although the granuals are not harmful to humans and pets). Still no moss, and will continue to do a treatment each year. Would recommend this service to anyone, and already have to most of my friends. Amazing company, 500 stars!

Saw them at the Home Expo, made an appointment, they showed up and it was quite the show to get the procedure done. Just took a few minutes to set up and launch. Drone was pretty quiet. Took just a couple minutes to spread the stuff one the roof. They will be back from time to time to see how the moss killing is working. Very satisfied with the procedure and job. Would recommend it to anyone who is not thrilled to get up on a roof to do the same.

We set a date online as suggested when we talked at the home expo. My husband was home that day, and no one showed up. I had to email, and it took a bit to get a response that the service had not been performed due to a family emergency. He asked about my availability, and I provided a date I would be home. No one showed up that day either. I emailed again and received a picture that indicated my service had been performed on my house roof on a day I was not home. I paid $50 extra for treatment to be provided on a shed on the property as well. This shed is behind a gate, hence why I gave dates I would be home to open the yard gate. I emailed twice to inquire about it status of the shed treatment. I have received no response. As payment is required online, it is currently supposed that I paid for an additional service I never received, and no refund has been issued for my $50. I am very disappointed with all aspects of my interaction regarding these services.

Update: Following my reviews, I received a refund for the $50 shed treatment and an explanation as to why services were not performed. I'm still not thrilled with the lack of communication provided and effort needed to obtain a refund, but I have no complaints for the treatment provided to the roof.

I contacted them in June. Andrew came out and said that he would give me a bid on an a resurfacing of a deck/roof the next day. Six weeks went by. I called again. My calls were ignored. Not professional. I also would give Roof Tec no stars if it was possible.

Our entire experience with RoofTec was smooth and positive. We own a 100+ year old home which has had piecemeal roof work done over the years. Andrew and his team committed so much time and care to bring our entire roof up to present day standards. With weather/climate becoming more extreme each year, we feel so confident with the sturdiness of our new roof. And it looks fantastic, too! We would recommend RoofTec to anyone who needs any kind of roof work done, whether it's repairing a small patch or having the entire roof replaced.

If I could have given no stars it would have been more fitting. They were supposed to come out to my house to do a moss treatment and show up between 12-5pm. I took the afternoon off from work and waited for them to show up. It was close to 5 and I reach out to Stephanie who said that she just spoke to Andrew and they are still on their way. Just before I called, I sent an email asking were they were at. Andrew called back within 10 minutes of my call with Stephanie and said ther propellers on their drone had broken earlier and we were going to re-schedule. Obviously they hadn’t coordinated the bs they were telling customers. They never bother to call at any point in the day to give me an update. They never said I didn’t have to be at the house. Andrew told me he would call me back the following morning to give me an update. Never heard back but they still charged my credit card. This is the second time I bought their bs. Don’t use them and waste your time and money. Terrible customer service.

Trustworthy. We solicited 3 quotes and as Andrew predicted, his price was in the middle. He worked with us to meet our short time demand, adjusting his schedule to meet our needs. The work was done on time, very close to the quoted amount. I trust the quality, but I don't need to, he provided a 30 year guarantee. The work site was left clean by his polite and efficient crew.

Our roof is extremely steep and challenging, so we were very concerned about getting the right crew for the job. Andrew and his team delivered exceptional service on-time within budget. I highly recommend them.

When we hired Andrew, owner of Gutter Pro America (now Roof Tec), he came to take a look at the roof on our rental house in Poulsbo. He had concerns with the roof as the shingles were substandard and maybe had another year on them. While chatting with him I happened to mention that we had the roof on our house cleaned a few months prior and we were told we had another 7 years on it (at 24 years old) but needed the roof caps replaced. I asked him if he could give us a quote. He agreed, came over, walked up towards the roof cap and fell through our roof. So much for 7 more years... We discussed different types of roofing. We wanted something that wouldn't grow moss and I'd heard about Copper sheathing or something that could be put on the roof. He suggested Malarkey shingles with a 50 year warranty and had copper oxide within the shingles to prevent moss... Done deal! He installed the roof and we love it! Andrew was easy to get along with. He listens and makes great suggestions. Didn't push one type over the other just gave us our options and we made the choice. He was always on time, communicated well, had some great stories to tell. I don't trust many people, but I felt I could trust him from the very beginning, and felt his price was fair. Roof Tec will be doing the roof on our rental house sometime within the next year. Pictures attached are of our old roof. I can't get pics of the new roof very well as it requires a ladder. Thank you Andrew and Roof Tec! Highly Recommended!
