After Ida our roof needed to be replaced. Dealing with insurance was already painful enough. I was dreading needing to coordinate with a contractor to get the repairs done and relay to insurance costs and timelines. After getting a few quotes from other companies I wasn't sure about the specifics of the work or necessarily what material would be used. They were all - call a number, they'll measure the roof, and send you a price.

When RRCA came to my door I was not too optimistic given my previously mentioned experiences. However I was happily surprised.

First and foremost RRCA was personal and respectful. They expressed that they valued my time and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. While they were measuring the roof they took the opportunity to explain how they were going to make it easy for me. They gave a presentation on costs, materials, potential conflicts, supplemental claims, etc. They even went over my adjustors assessment/estimates and explained where it was correct and incorrect. The thing that sealed the deal was the fact that they were going to actively work with my insurance adjustor on my behalf to negotiate expenses in a detail that I couldn't do myself.

When we got the check from insurance, they arrived in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Our roof looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. They made this experience much more bearable and I'm thankful.

Everything about this company is AWESOME. A big shout out to Billy Funes and Tyler Hannan they were there from the beginning to the end making the process very easy. My roof was completed within 6 hours and the guys were very professional. Once they were completed they made sure the yard was clean and no naiIs were left behind. I would recommend this company to anyone who need a roof and home improvement.
