I hired Ethan's Roof and Exterior Washing to do a full house clean, including roof and driveway. Everything was filthy, with large areas of black algae on the roof and driveway and stains on the stucco from mud dauber nests. These guys got it all! It looks like a new home and I can't stop going outside just to admire it! :) The roof looks new and has really changed the look of the house. I couldn't be happier. The guys arrived on time and were very professional, making sure to protect the outlets and tape off any areas where water may potentially get into the house (it didn't). I recommend Ethan's without reservation and will hire them again in the future.

This company was very professional and did a great job cleaning the black mildew off my house, chimneys, and porch. They renewed my 23 year old driveways and sidewalk to a pristine white.
They answered the phone when I called, set up a time to look at my house, provided a detailed price quote, set a prompt time to do the service, and arrived precisely when they said.
The house, porch, sidewalks, and driveway were all cleaned meticulously. They even cleaned the concrete edging around my gardens, probably 60 or 80 feet worth, at no extra charge. The garden edging was not even part of our original price quote. I asked them about it at the last minute, the morning of the service, after pricing was agreed upon, and they did it for free.
I was thinking I might need an exterior paint job on the house, but these guys have it looking great.

The guys did a fantastic job on my stucco and siding. They were able to get to a hard to reach mildewed spot on the second story that I never thought would come off. The guys were thorough, quick and polite even though the weather was cold and rainy. I love that Mr Chet was flexible to give us a partial house quote, just for what we needed. We'll be using Ethan's again.

Chet, Ethan and their team came out and spent the day cleaning the outside of my house and everything else I needed cleaned .. like my deck, patio and even the cushions on my outdoor furniture and my outdoor rugs... oh and my greenhouse too .. they were professional and worked quickly !! Chet and his team were wonderful and performed their work at a fair and reasonable price. Every penny paid was most definitely worth it. Our home had 11 years of buildup and now looks almost like new. Despite the awful rain from we were experiencing, Chet's two crewmen worked all day on our home and made it look beautiful! Not only were they hard workers, but they were courteous and friendly and remained in uplifted spirits even in the heavy downpours. How they were able to accomplish all they did was very impressive, especially in such conditions. They honored our special request in sparing two Purple Martin mud birds nests that we have on both the back and front porches. The birds come back and nest every year, so we really wanted to keep them their. The crew cleaned beautifully all around the nests, while maintaining their integrity perfectly. It took a lot of attention and care, and it is an example of all the work they performed. We highly recommend them!
