Poor communication and unreliable. Cost me ~$200 in mortgage relock fees do to a lack of communication on his end despite me reaching out multiple times for updates on a simple job that would lead to further business. Unreliable meaning you ask if he can do the job and he says yes and then doesn't show and won't pick up calls/answer texts.

It takes 5 seconds to pick up a phone and let someone know you'll be late or unable to make it.

You'll be lucky if he replies that day.

Extremely skilled & at the right price. We needed help working on our "fixer upper," if you only knew how bad it was, and this business stepped in where we didn't have the knowledge or skill to complete a task. So thankful we connected with this business!
