My project involved completely overhauling my home’s exterior and constructing a new building on my property. Everything was done with attention to detail and excellent communication. Jose and his team are authentic people that do great work. They’ve done all sorts of jobs for my family and I including remodeling bathrooms, electrical work, plumbing, you name it. Ultimately we entrusted them to build out our 3500 square foot dream bakery and cafe- and they knocked it out of the park. Can’t wait for the next one!

Restore did a great job for us. 2 bathroom remodels, a front door/entryway remodel, and a water damaged ceiling all at the same time. They even came back after we were paid in full to touch something up we didn't like. Totally different than other contractors out there. These guys have integrity and do what they say they're going to do.

I had a number of projects I wanted done around my house and Restore Roofing completed them all professionally and the work was well done. My new shower is beautiful and the rest of my house looks great. I was kept apprised of work schedules and am very pleased with the way my projects came out. I will call them again next time I have projects that I want done around my house.

They were always on time and communicated openly about pricing. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the project timeline was not fully laid out for us, but in their defense, we never asked. I did not know that gutters and the chimney caps would be done a few days after the completion of the roof.

They arrived quickly after my phone call for carpet and tile removal and to have hardwoods installed, bi-fold doors replaced and some trim work and painting. The estimate came in quickly and was reasonable. Bryan and Raymond did excellent work on a very hard install. Jose picked up the materials, delivered them and unloaded it all in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend this family owned business to take very good care of your remodeling needs!

During the bad freeze last winter a water pipe broke resulting in our kitchen and pantry being flooded. We called Restore as soon as we noticed it, but already extensive flooding had taken place. They came immediately with several helpers and helped mop up all the excess water, loosened all the floor boards, being careful to be able to reuse as many as possible. In addition they loosened all the floor moldings to allow air into the walls to prevent mold and mildew. They set up numerous industrial size fans to quickly dry the floor as soon as possible. Their quick action saved us a lot of money and the finished product looked like nothing had ever happened. We were extremely happy with their work, and cannot praise their quick action and professional workmanship highly enough. I highly recommend them.

Joe and the team knocked it out of the park and our kitchen remodel was outstanding for a fair price. Will absolutely use them again and I would recommend then to friends and family

We chose Restore Roofing and Remodeling after interviewing multiple companies that were highly rated. Working with Jose (Joe) and Daniel was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences we have had in over 35 years of home ownership. Their work is top quality, they are on hand and responsive. They replaced our roof, some windows, screens and gutters after a bad hail storm. We also had them do some sheetrock repair and repaint the interior of our home. Great experience. There were some hiccups along the way and that is what sets this company apart ... no excuses, no delays, they make things right! I can't recommend them enough.

Awesome team to work with and very reasonably priced. We are very happy with the remodeling they did to our entire house and now our new home is perfect for us! When the winter storm came through in February 2021 Jose was quick to send a plumber out and temporarily fix what they could. It did longer then expected to get everything totally completed but I understand there was a lot of demand and low supply chain during that time so not totally their fault. ultimately, I totally recommend this group! They are very professional and a pleasure to work with!

Very thorough with their job they completed. I don’t wish for another roof replacement, but if I do, I’m using these guys again. They were great to work with.

February 2021 freezing temperatures caused several to burst, called Restore and they were able to come almost immediately, started the tear out of completely damaged drywall in the garage, opened up the walls in the master bed & bath rooms to start the drying process in all areas. Completed the drywall repairs & painted in a timely manner with excellent quality. A big plus was they had a plumber with them the first evening to repair the burst pipes, while some people waited weeks.

Restore was great to work with! The whole installation and payment process was super easy and everyone was very professional. I'd highly recommend them!

Restore Remodeling replaced our roof in May 2020. They did an amazing job! Our house looks great! Joe and everyone working with Restore were very kind and professional. They communicated with me in a timely manner. My insurance company was very difficult to deal with but Restore was very patient. I’d definitely recommend them!

Will never use this company again. I am so thankful my husband is handy. The time to the finish the job was doubled, the company did not cover my furniture before beginning work, more than once we had to point out things in our contract that were supposed to be done, and after they remodeled our shower the water would not drain. They didn’t hook up the toilet correctly and didn’t brace the rod in the closet.

Zach was always responsive and quick to provide updates. They provided patches to my roof while THEY were discussing with my insurance and took the charge on getting my roof replaced. We also discussed additional fixes and additions with the roof and they were so flexible in meeting my requests, and all the work was done in 1 day! I couldnt have wished for a better experience and didnt have to lift a finger.

You can’t go wrong with these guys. Joe and his people have done 3 major jobs for me. Repainted, new carpet, remodeled my kitchen, completely refreshed my rental house. I brought them back to update my master bathroom, which looks amazing. And here’s the kicker - not everything went right - but Joe’s guys were on it IMMEDIATELY. Without hesitation swooped in like it had never happened. And finally, they replaced my roof. Worked with my insurance to make sure I got the best quality, and all the extras possible.
Integrity is not a term I use lightly. But this company has it and then some!

Contractors.

The search for a good contractor can be quite discouraging. So often, they come out and give a sparkling presentation. After they do the work, if you need follow-up work – Surprise! – They are no longer in the area.

Years ago, I had my roof replaced due to hail damage. The contract called for the previous roof to be removed. I had a nice contract in a shiny folder. When I needed some corrective work done – yep, you guessed it – the contract wasn’t worth the paper, as the contractor had moved to another city.

Last year, my insurance denied coverage for hail damage to the roof. However, same insurance paid over $5000 for hail damage on my cars. The adjustor advised that if the cars had that much damage, the roof also had damage.

What to do?

I mentioned the problem to my landscaper, who recommended his nephew (here we go, again). Josè, from Restore Roofing and Remodeling. He came out and inspected, confirming that I did indeed have hail damage. But he didn’t stop there. When I had the insurance adjustor out again, Josè met him and walked the roof with him. Didn’t say anything, just accompanied him on inspecting the roof.

The result? The insurance company agreed to replace the roof AND a 20+years old storage building. Restore found there were two layers of roof, renegotiated with the insurance company to remove both layers of roofing. But wait – next, the roofers discovered that the roof decking was warped, unacceptable to install new roofing.

Restore went back to the insurance company, renegotiated for new decking – with Radiant Barrier! And, no additional cost to me.

The storage building? Josè found a larger storage building, constructed with Radiant Barrier for the same cost as allowed by the insurance.

I needed to replace a 30-amp service for my RV with 50-amp. Who to turn to? Restore Roofing & Remodeling not only ran a new 50-amp service but also provided electrical service, including lighting, to my storage shed.

We’ve decided to update our kitchen with all new cabinets, tile floor and appliances. Naturally, I turned to Restore Roofing & Remodeling.

Throughout all of this, I have been in constant contact with Josè and his staff, both via email and text messages.

The bottom-line? I have found a dependable, responsible contractor for all of my household repair and remodeling. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Restore Roofing and Remodeling. They do the work on time, correctly and attractively.

Call them. You will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin? Restore Roofing was not only our savior but they did so much more in our efforts to sell our home and meet our expected closing date. Due to recent storm/hail damage, our roof was deemed non insurable when the future owner had our home inspected, that was a huge problem. I called Restore in a panic and was immediately reassured that everything would be ok. As they so confidently assured me, a few weeks later and before the close date, the brand new roof was installed in literally 1day! The more impressive piece was how well the process went ( emails, phone calls, text messages, visits) were so perfectly timed and the transparency and follow through was so perfectly executed. Thanks to Ryan and his team, we now have a beautiful top notch new roof for years to come! The new owners are extremely thankful!

I had my gutters replaced on my home and I am so happy I did. Restore Roofing & Remodeling did an amazing job. They were all very kind and professional but yet friendly and even played with my dogs. They cleaned up and made sure I was absolutely happy and satisfied and all was perfect and before they left. Thank you all at Restore Roofing & Remodeling.

Edited Review: Again, I am only speaking to "responsiveness". I want to add two stars to make this a "4 star" review, because the very next morning after leaving my original review, I received a call from the owner of the company. He apologized, and basically said he thought the estimate had been sent to me, and that I simply did not like it, and therefore did not respond to it. Once I explained that I never heard back from his company, he promised to make sure I received the original estimate. He was out of town when he called me, so I appreciate him going out of his way to respond to my review.
I will add the 5th star whenever I actually DO get that estimate. It has only been a few days since his call, so I will not jump to conclusions!

Original "2 star" review: My house needs a total remodel, so I am looking for a good, honest contractor. Someone from Restore came out to my home promptly, spent over an hour walking the property, measuring, making suggestions, etc. Handed me business cards (which I had to ask for), and promised to get back to me with his estimate. That was the last I heard from Restore Roofing & Remodeling, well over a month ago. I was very disappointed, because the reviews here are so high, and the guy who came out seemed thorough, and I assume knowledgeable. But this company has left me feeling unimportant and ignored as a customer. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but I did give them 2 stars for "responsiveness", because initially they came out very quickly, but fumbled the ball terribly in my case.

Joe and the restore team did an outstanding job on our remodel! They really brought our visions to life and we’re on time and respectful throughout the whole process! Thank you Restore Roofing and Remodling for making our house a home!!

They were amazing to work with. They quoted me less than any other company, came to do my repairs within 36 hours (very fast turnaround time), were efficient, quick and did quality work. Jose and his team care about customer service. They repaired dry wall, retextured walls, installed new base boards, new carpet and painted. All were excellent. They were professional and knew their stuff! I’ll definitely be using them again and singing their praises.
