Ash and his team were wonderful to work with. They communicated well with us and our insurance inspectors. The Team gave us a completely new home on the outside. We have a new roof, vents, siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters. And, they were all considerable upgrades from what they replaced. Ash was honest, went over every detail of material and price. These guys came out, gave an estimate, and completed the work in a timely manner. They replaced my shingles, gutters and downspouts. Everything is in excellent condition! I would highly recommend them for any future work.

Royalty installed my roof a few years ago and did an excellent job. They are only of the few roofing companies that do it the right way, not just what the minimum requirement is for code. I really liked how they installed drip cap on all sides and ensured the drip cap went straight over the gutter edge. I see so many new roofs being installed with no drip being installed on all sides. The roof still looks great and the owner Ash is a pleasure to work with. If there are ever any questions or concerns he is quick to respond and will take care of any potential issues that may pop up. Sadly after my roof was installed DirectTV messed up the mounting of my satellite dish and Ash come out quickly to fix it, no questions asked. I’ll be using them again in the future!

We worked with Ash and his team just about 2 years ago. Ash delivered on everything he promised. He was able to accurately assess whether our homeowners policy would cover the roof replacement or not, showed up on time to walk the assessor through and took care of all the details.
