Removed old shingles and replaced with new shingles. The job was completed in one day. They did a great job and clean up was very satisfactory.

Tried Luna roofing a couple years ago for gutter cleaning and it was like begging them to come out after several calls never got a quote. Months later got a call back asking if I still needed my gutters cleaned. EZ Windows and Gutters were on top of it and had cleaned my gutters within 2 days of calling them. Needed a new roof this year and a friend recommended Luna roofing so thought I would give them another chance. Got a call back within 12 hours from Martha promising someone would call me back to give me an estimate. Been two weeks now and have not gotten a call back. I have a 5000 square foot house and could have been a good customer. Guess they are too busy and don't need my business. Oh well.....going with someone else for all my roofing and gutter needs.

Luna roofing was super easy to work with and Martha was very responsive and helpful. We had hail damage and needed a new roof. Luna was able to quickly provide a quote and get the job scheduled. We have an old family cottage near Lake Geneva that has always had a red roof. During Covid, many manufacturers stopped producing red shingles, but Martha was able to find us a few good options that were actually in stock.

They were very friendly and responsive to begin with but somewhere along the line they decided the didn't want the job anymore. I would have been okay with that if they would have told me. Instead they gave me a run around. Sean said Martha would get me the quote, Martha said she'd have to track down the quote from Sean, etc. Then they stopped responding. Martha accidentally picked up my call but after I identified myself, she suddenly pretended that she couldn't hear me! What professional does that?! It's probably best that it worked out this way because I can't imagine that a company like that stands behind their work.

We are very pleased with our new roof installed by Luna Roofing Co. The Luna crew did an excellent job showing attention to detail. They were very hardworking and didn't waste any time getting the job done. They communicated anything that needed attention and did an excellent job with the clean up. Luna Roofing Co deserves a five-star award!

Great experience so far with Luna Roofing! The crew came out to replace a portion of our roof because of leakage happening around the chimney... with the plan to come back later in 2022 to finish the rest of the house. They were all super professional throughout the two days they were at the house.
The quote came back very reasonable compared to a different estimate we received.

After a very strong wind storm had some soffit and fascia damage. A piece was hanging from the
Eaves and needed to be reattached. Called Luna and the office girl told me she would text David and
Have him get in touch with me to get it fixed. This was at 8:30 in the morning on a Friday. At 3:30
With no call I contacted the office again. She said she would contact David immediately and have him contact me. On the following dayI sent an email to me he company. I still haven’t head back from he a week later. Contacted another local company who came out n that Saturday and did the repair in about 20
Minutes. Will never call Luna for any reason

I needed the Fascia and Soffit replaced on my entire house so another contractor for stucco could keep moving. The other metal contractor I hired dropped out on me last minute and I called Luna Roofing. David came out the same day to give a quote, and they were able to start 2 weeks later and got the job done. This is a very large lake house to redo all the fascia and soffit for. They showed up everyday and all the metal work they did looks awesome. It allowed my other stucco contractor to finish before the end of the season. When I need a new roof, I will be calling them back for sure and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing contractor! The team showed up right away in the morning and were complete 6 hours or so later. Workmanship was top notch; workers were professional and polite; Cleanup was outstanding. I'm used to picking up debris in our yard for weeks after a neighbor gets a new roof, but I was hard pressed to find more than a couple staples and a single small scrap of tarpaper! I couldn't be happier with their workmanship and company. HIGHLY recommend!!

Luna Roofing came was highly recommended by a local contractor and came in with a significantly lower bid. Removal of old roof was managed well with no debris left in the yard. Installation was timely and done well. Very pleased with work.

My job was so small I was sure no-one would want to bother with it. Just some shingles over a bay window that hadn't been done when the roof was done 5 years ago (different company). It hadn't even occurred to me to ask.
When I contacted Martha about this she was wonderful! With in a few days I had an estimate with options and the job was done so quickly! The team not only replaced the shingles they cleaned up so that you wouldn't even know they'd been there (also an issue with the other company).

The Luna Roofing team did a nice roof inspection and repair job for our home, plus they also cleaned our gutters. Luna Roofing was easy to work with. The work crew did a nice job and were easy to communicate with. Martha in the office does a tremendous job with with scheduling and communication. I needed the roof over my porch repaired. I called Luna seven (7) times in an attempt for someone to come out and give me a quote. Then, a week later, a team showed up and were working to to provide me a quote for the entire roof, by mistake. They weren't given a description of my roof's problem. Afterwards they were apologetic and and said someone would come last week and look at my porch roof. So far nobody has showed up.

Based on all the reviews it seems like these guys would do a nice job……….. I refuse to to beg a company to come out and take my money. Called them originally around May 11th and was told someone would be out to bid it, I did not need to be there. I called back on May 20th..... Again told they would get to it and email me quote, I did not need to be home. Today June 2nd still have not heard from them.

I did however receive two other bids in this timeframe. I am actually going with a company who trained the owner of Luna in this trade 20 + years ago!

If Luna can’t do a proposal in 20 days, I can only imagine how long it would have taken them to do the roof!

Getting a new roof on my rental property was easy and problem-free with Luna Roofing. Of the two bids I received, Luna was the lowest by a significant amount. After pulling the trigger on the project, most of the process was conducted through emails along with a few phone calls. My primary contact at Luna was Martha. She was always timely in her communication and on top of things. She was always professional and courteous, as well. The actual work on the roof was done in only one day! Amazing!! I stopped by to check on the progress in the late afternoon and the crew was hard at work. But they willingly took the time to answer my few questions. Again, everyone I spoke to onsite was professional and courteous. The new roof looks great! I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

The quote provided in writing covered every aspect of the proposed job. My wife and I chose Luna after shopping around with all the other roofing companies in the area. They provided great customer service, they were able to answer all of our questions, and they never made us feel pressured into anything.

After we signed the contract with Luna everything happened just as it was supposed to and when it was supposed to. They were even able to get the whole job completed in 1 day when we were planning for it to take 2 days.

All of my contact with the workers at the house was very pleasant, everyone was very kind. They took the time to move everything away from the house so it would not get damaged and our week old landscaping looked completely untouched. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place before they left. On top of all of that the work they did looks fantastic, I have given the roof some close up looks from a ladder and 2nd story windows and everything looks perfectly straight and not a single shingle looks out of place.

We have had Luna Roofing LLC do roofs for us, three times. The first one was our residence. They started it ahead of time, took a very short time, to get it done and the cleanup was like they were never there!! The cost was exactly as the estimate!! The second one was my father inlaw's house, again they did it earlier than stated, they started at noon and were done at 5 oclock. The last roof was my wife's rental, again started ahead of time and were done in no time. I highly recommend this roofing company, they do excellent work and are good people!!

I needed to get my roof done quickly due to my insurance co. and Luna got to it and got it done in a day and a half. The roof looks good. Their price was much less than their biggest local competitors and I paid exactly what they quoted.

My roofing job was limited to penetration repairs around post rails. The work was well coordinated with a deck install at the same location. Despite project backups they worked on sunday to insure the completion of the rest of my project.

The bid we received from Luna Roofing was competitive in comparison to other roofing companies in our area. And, once we signed the contract they moved quickly, scheduling our installation day within a week.

On the day of our installation the Luna team was professional, efficient, and respectful to our home, lawn, and outdoor furniture. Our old shingles were removed during the morning hours and our new shingles laid by the early afternoon. They were very thorough with their clean up at the end of the day getting all of the nails and debris from the lawn and moving all of our furniture to its original place.

They followed up with us a few days after our installation, stopping by to see if we were satisfied with their work. And they responded quickly when we noticed a gutter that had come loose. It was fixed within a few days.

They were one of two low bidders on our home remodeling. New roof on the home and they started when they said they would, finished rather quickly and you couldn't tell that they were even there except for the fact that we had a new roof!

Coming in on budget was helpful for me. They took care of permits, installation and clean up far above where others I have contracted with in the past have gone.

I will use them again, as I am in the trades and have many calls for roofing from my clients.
