Isaiah at Royalty Home Improvement hit the ball of the park for several reasons. Initially, I had three or four other painters come out to give me bids because Isaiah is a little bit outside of my area and didn't come up in various online searches for painters. None of those painters ever got back to me with bids. It was neither a small job nor complicated so I'm not sure why they never followed up except I have heard from a lot of people this is not unusual these days. I did a more extensive search and found Royalty Home Improvement. Isaiah promptly responded to my phone call and scheduled a time to come out for a bid in a few days. Then he actually followed up quickly with a bid!

Although I didn't have anything to compare Isaiah's bid to, it seemed reasonable and was in line with what I was thinking so I hired him. More importantly, we ended up taking up painting techniques and brush selection because I had had some bad experiences with painters in the past where I could see the brush strokes, and I was impressed with Isaiah's technical knowledge and had confidence the quality would meet my standards.

Isaiah started the job within a week and finished it in a reasonable amount of time. And he did not disappoint. The quality was excellent as I had hoped it would be. It was so good, that I called him back out a few days later to do another job that I hadn't initially anticipated doing. His punctuality, professionalism and quality again did not disappoint.

Finally, Isaiah and the people he had working with him were overall just great people. Isaiah is a funny, affable, upbeat guy who is a pleasure to talk to. I have a few other projects lined up, and there is no question that I will use him.

I chose Royalty based on a recommendation from another contractor. I needed to have my old gutters removed, trim and soffit repaired and repainted, to prep for new gutters. Isiah came out and assessed the job and gave me a thorough detailed estimate of the work he would be doing.
Not only was he able to get started almost immediately, the work was completed on time and beautifully.
There were parts of the trim that were worse than initially thought, but Isiah and his crew worked quickly, power washing, sanding and priming before painting.
It turned out so nice I was almost sad to get the gutters and cover it up. Thank you Isiah and Royalty Home Improvement. I will definitely be calling again as we get further into our home improvement list and have them out again!

Isaiah did a great job on the exterior of our home!!! It was not an easy job, as it is 2 stories plus of stucco and it was a very hot, humid week.

Royalty Home Improvements completed an excellent job on our new home. Initially, we were going to have two walls painted, the carpets cleaned and both the garage and sunroom floors re-epoxied. Isiah provided great advice about the walls and repaired some scuffs we had just skimmed over. The carpets were cleaned without any problems. The sunroom and garage floors look brand new! Isiah was very understanding with our quirks and we will be considering Royalty Home Improvements on any future endeavors!

They took over after my popcorn removal was left unsatisfactory by another company. Isiah and his crew came in and completed the job to perfection! Isiah and Jay were wonderful. They were here when they said they would be and worked long hours getting it done. They repainted the whole exterior and roof of my home and it has totally transformed the way it looks. I absolutely love it.

Isaiah and his crew did a great job painting the interior of my house, with many of the areas having very high ceilings, which did not slow them down at all. While painting Isaiah thoroughly did small dry wall repairs and caulking to ensure a great end result. He was sure to make the paint line at the ceiling sharp, and supervised his crew to make sure they were also paying attention to detail. He even gave me some tips for some of my own upcoming painting projects. I can confidently recommend Isaiah for any interior painting needs!

It was a hard start due to weather, but once they got started and the weather cooperated it was smooth sailing. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them. We brought California sunshine to our block. Just a little touch of yellow goes a long way.

A decent painter and contractor ARE REALLY HARD TO FIND. But a friend of mine referred a painter named Isaiah and he did an AMAZING JOB. I live in a 1600 square foot home that I just bought and the previous owners had a love for the “rustic look” and the doors, windows, crown moldings and shoe moldings were all dark, brown.
I fell in love with the home as is but ultimately decided that repainting all the trimmings and doors white would help me with my mood and such. So I ultimately decided to do it myself but screwed up by not priming it first and creating an even bigger issue. Most painters quoted me outrageous prices but this company used his expertise to mitigate my Faux Pas with affordable solutions. He also had a strong sense of integrity and educated us on care for the finished product.
I had been stressed out for months trying to figure out how to fix this situation. I wish I had learned of him much sooner. If you guys are looking for a reputable painter I can’t recommend him enough! The trimmings are brightened up and now when I walk into the house I feel calm. It looks like the sun just shines a little brighter in our living room. I’ve nothing to gain from shouting him out but the man does good work

Isiah and his team did an amazing job on our house. He worked hard to get everything painted before we moved in. We were remodeling floors in some rooms so he can back to paint the trim after the flooring was replaced. He communicated with us every day so we were aware of the progress. He was respectful of our property and always conducted himself in a professional manner. He made sure we were happy with everything before charging the final payment.

I have been attempting to get someone from this company since Jan 2021 (when I 1st made contact) to come out to my home for an estimate. They keep making appointments and no call, no show, or changing appointment dates. So why would I hire a company to complete a job when they can’t show up or call? It is now April and they still missed another appointment. I shouldn’t have to call to a company to remind them about an scheduled appointment, especially when it was discussed the day prior. I wouldn’t recommend, but good luck moving forward if you are trying to get home repairs done.
