*WHAT A LIFE SAVER* I was referred to BTDT and I see why. I lost my mom and had to clean out her home. I rented the 14 cubic yard dump (It was smaller than I thought, so if possible consult with an agent to get the right size for your needs) w/ 7 DAYS INCLUDED for the set price!! I was able to reserve it online as well as say where I would like to have it placed, if possible. On day of delivery the driver called me to confirm location and said he would do his best to sit the dump where I requested. And he did just that! It was delivered and removed with no issues to the yard/driveway. I personally, ran into some issues when time for pick-up. And I would like to credit "Lana" for maintaining her professionalism with me and assisting me with my problem. And I also want to point out that "Chris" and every driver that I had come in contact with had the BEST attitudes and were also very professional when I spoke with them over the phone. Very easy to set up. Delivery and pickup went seamless. If you are looking for a dumpster for residential purposes would strongly recommend Bin There Dump.

I reserved a 10 cubic yard dumpster for my relocation move. A few days before delivery I increased the size and then also booked the pickup. Everything was simple, easy and efficient, including the delivery and pickup. I liked the double door entry and the quality of the dumpster. It's clearly well maintained. I wasn't present during pickup but when I went by, it looked like there was never anything there, so the driver clearly respects the property!

This was my second time renting from this place. I have nothing but good things to say. They came as scheduled and dropped off and picked up without incident. The first time I rented, I had questions, as I have never rented a dumpster before. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and patient as I asked my questions. I ordered, I believe a 10 cubic yard dumpster to do a purging of items from my house. When i called for information, the person who answered was so friendly and informative. Prior to delivery, the driver communicated eta's and followed the instructions given to him about where to drop the container. The double doors were super helpful with dumping large items and made quick work of small items.

Excellent experience! I shopped around quite a bit and they were the most economical for my needs. The girls I spoke to on 2 different occasions were very sweet and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The driver that dropped off was also kind and set the dumpster up exactly where I asked them too. Pick up went just as well and not one mark on my driveway! I’ve already told several people how smoothly things went!!

I used a 20 cubic yard dumpster for junk removal from my house. I could not be there when it was delivered. Delivery was fast and they set it where I wanted it by a picture, I sent them. The driver called and checked with me before he left it to make sure he was leaving it where I wanted it. They picked it up promptly when I was finished.

BTDT had a super easy process to extend rental days when I was half way through my project. They had great communication for bin drop off/pick up. Plus GREAT pricing. Rented a small dumpster for big house clean-out, and they were fantastic to deal with, from start to finish! I'm glad that a friend told me about Bin There Dump That. I was able to rent a 20 cubic yard dumpster with only a 2-day notice in order to clean out a barn before the new owners took possession. The rental period of one week was ideal. Because the barn was situated at the back of the property, the heavy truck with its load was required to drive though the pasture. Dumpster pick up was scheduled for Monday, but with heavy rains expected over the weekend, there was a real possibility of not being able to retrieve it. I called Saturday morning and thankfully a same-day pick up was achieved before the storms. The convenience of the dumpster was a life saver for me.

I've used Bin There three times during my home renovation, and every time it's been easy to schedule, easy to do last-minute changes to my schedule (I often have gotten email responses in less than 5 minutes during business hours) and both the drivers and the office staff have been really, really nice. After some brief searching, it seemed they had the best pricing and highest reviews in Nashville. I called on a Thursday and the dumpster was there Friday morning. The office was responsive and the drivers were great. I couldn't fit a box spring in without going a little bit over the rim of the dumpster so I left it on the side to get rid of later. The driver who picked up the dumpster loaded it up anyway on his own. Couldn't recommend a company more based on this experience.
