Royal Renovation

We had a few bad storms blow through our area which resulted in a leaking roof. Royal renovation met with our insurance adjustor on our behalf and assisted us with processing our claim. They stuck with us from the beginning till we had a brand new roof completed. Roof looks fantastic and we're ready to bring in the winter. Our roof was not in compliance with codes and they were able to bring us into code. Great experience. Will look to them for our next home project.

Austin handled everything. Insurance adjusters came and withing a few days, there were starting the tear-off. They went the extra mile to upgrade from the inadequate can vents to a ridge vent and installed a chimney cricket as well. It's not only beautiful, but now my attic can BREATHE!

Working with Austin from Royal Renovation has been an exercise in ease and peace-of-mind. He was upfront and honest about his dealings. He told me what to expect and guided me step by step.

Austin worked with the insurance company from day one. He attended the insurance adjuster's inspection and convinced them to buy a new roof instead of replacing portions. He had all his homework done including relevant data of storms and effects to neighborhoods.

Austin worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered. He worked with me to schedule the work and with the payment options. The work was scheduled for Monday (a week from when the work was approved by the insurance adjuster) and his crew arrived around 7:00 to drop of the materials and the workers started at 7:30 am. They worked non-stop until they had around 30 minutes for lunch at 2 pm, then kept on going until 9 pm. They left the area clean, swept for roofing nails, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with how painless the process was.

Recently had roof damage due to storm. Royal Renovation worked with the insurance company and took care of everything. Without Royal Renovation's helped it would have been really hard for me to convince insurance company that the roof got severely damaged by storm and need to be replaced.
