We have used and grown to trust Rowe Roofing for years; to reroof for insurance renewal, later after Hurricane Michael, for new construction of our Sun room and recently to fortify a leaky metal roof on our back porch. We highly recommend them.

On May 10, 2024 a tornado hit my block. We had the tops of trees that landed a good distance from their position in someone else's yard as well as some from my own tree hit our house as well as 2 large branches from the tree in my back yard. These 2 large branched were about 12 inches by 20 feet were left on top of my house. They were big enough that it took 2 boom trucks were required to lift each off the house and also did damage to my truck. Needless to say I had damages that required major work. I got John at Rowe Roofing to come out and get the project started. After about $30,000 in work on the top of my house they made a major structure change to the top of the house before they installed roofing in one day. Their structure corrected a problem I had for years of bad drainage from an addition that had been put on with a roof that was TOO flat to properly drain. This change as added value to the house, so it was a good investment that I should get back if I were to sale some time in the future. Rowe Roofing had the staff to cover more than just roofing and I highly recommend the whole staff.

We hired Rowe to do our roof after we were lied to about its age during the purchasing process. Seth was their main guy at the time, and Alex took over for him at his departure. Last year I had a tree fall on my house and I needed a new roof.. I was working with another roofing company that would not give an install date... 6 months waiting for roof repair and the patch was starting to fail.... a friend recommended Rowe roofing....when called, they were out within days with estimate and roof was repaired within a month of estimate. Very nice team who installed... very dedicated to clean up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Alex and his team were able to come out quickly and isolate a small leak before it became a bigger issue. Originally thought it was a bigger issue but his team took their time and found the source. Will be thinking of them when it's time for a full replacement in the future.

All the guys on the job seem to be well experiand doing their job. There was no horse and around. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up the area good. The finished job looks great. It wasn't the cheapest quote I got but it was far from the most expensive. I would recommend Rowe roofing to anyone.. I had them do some commercial work at a couple shopper centers also and that was also a good experience very efficient.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option! We bought a house from an the family of an elderly lady who recently passed away. She had Rowe replace her roof 4 years ago. Apparently the roof failed 3 straight county inspections and somehow never actually passed inspection before the lady died. There were no boots placed anywhere on the roof and it was patched with scrap wood. We had 6 leaks in a 4 year old roof which they refused to come and fix because the owner didn't pay a maintenance fee with them to warranty it. We had to spend $20,000 at Christmas to replace a four year old roof on our new house. I guess they expected the elderly lady who lived there before would never know the difference because she couldn't crawl in the attic. We were doing remodeling and had water pouring down the walls. We had multiple roofers come and look at it and all said it was negligence on behalf of whoever put the roof on.

Rowe Roofing installed a new roof on our home June 2023! Seth was very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process! Seth met with our family to educate us on the approach that his team would take, as well as the material that would be utilized to complete the job. Furthermore, he routinely communicated with our family and provided daily updates regarding the status, which we were appreciative of! Lastly, Seth’s crew was extremely kind and professional. The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment was clearly distracted. Nobody ever showed up, nobody called. When I called back, no apology was offered. They claimed that they would reschedule for another day, but they never did. If their workmanship is anything like their (lack of) professionalism, they're probably installing those shingles with bubble gum instead of nails.

Does great work, they were able to get my roof nearly completely replaced in under 16 total hours split between two days. This is a big roof over 2 thousand square feet of coverage area. The crew they sent were not only fast, but the roof is beautiful. They have made a repeat customer out of me even if I only need to come back more than twenty years later. They will be the company I use for any roofing work this day forward.

I inquired online regarding specs on a new roof and was immediately contacted by Seth Garrett. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I signed and paid online and within a week or so, I was notified that the crew was coming out. The crew were very nice and professional. It took less than 2 days for the roof. They had to replace some rotted wood on the chimney and some plywood but I was very happy with the end result. I also used them for my gutters. I came home and had new gutters. I would recommend Rowe Roofing.

We called a few different roofing companies in town and Rowe Roofing was totally different. The staff are amazing. We personally dealt with the office manager, Stephanie, the scheduler, Megan, and the owner. Every single person was amazing, easy to work with and professional. They took the time to answer our questions and had us scheduled very fast. When the other roofing companies came out they said we needed a complete repair, when Rowe came out they said we needed sealant only. The workers are honest and professional and not looking to rip anyone off for an extra buck. 100% the best roofers in Tallhassee with the best employees, we won’t go with anyone else!

I’ve used Rowe Roofing twice. Once for a patch job when a branch fell through my roof and most recently when I replaced my roof.

For the patch job it was after hurricane Michael came through and roofers were telling me they wouldn’t be able to even give me an estimate for months. Rowe also was extremely busy but they worked me in and got it done within the week. They did a great job and was very happy with the work.

They just finished completely replacing my roof. Once again, extremely professional, very willing to explain everything to you. They took pictures of the roof once everything was removed so I could see the state of everything. They replaced some of the decking. Everything was done by the book and extremely professionally. Even after paying they were very attentive. I’ve noticed some folks tend to disappear once things are done and you’ve cut that check.

I know personally I will be using them anytime in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Rowe Roofing replaced my old shingle roof with architectural grade shingles. I chose the longer lasting shingles to match my neighbor who shares the roof landscape on our duplex. It looks great! I believe you get what you pay for most of the time, so even though I could have paid less by another vendor I feel I'll have the comfort of knowing there is value I'll receive for decades to come by choosing Rowe Roofing. From my first contact with Lowell Mason to the last I have been impressed with the professionalism and respect I was shown. I also agreed to a new solar attic fan and I appreciate that he let me know about this feature. I have used Rowe roofing on two separate occasions. They are great at their job. Starting with the great customer service from the secretary who was always available to answer my questions through email or phone call. She was able to get me on the schedule very quickly. When the roofers came, they were very professional and kept me in the loop during the entire process. I have been extremely satisfied with their work, and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their roof.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Lowell from Rowe Roofing. As luck would have it, a tree fell on my house during some severe weather a few weeks ago. Within a few hours of the tree falling on my roof, the guys at Rowe Roofing were there to tarp it up and prevent any further water damage. Less the 4 days later my roof was completely repaired. Overall the project only required between 400-500 square feet of roof replacement, but their responsiveness to do the job was exceptional. Lowell's attention to detail and effort in finding the exact match for my roofing shingles was greatly appreciated. The roof looks like nothing ever happened.

Lowell also contracted out some folks to repair my deck, fence, and gutters. They all did and excellent job... especially the deck guys. Had I known ahead of time that Rowe Roofing is a full service contractor, I would have asked them to take care of the whole project to include the indoor issues as well.

This was my first experience with having to file a home owners insurance claim. Lowell was very helpful in guiding my through the whole process and sharing his experience. From the moment he picked up the phone for our initial consultation I knew that he was an honest, trustworthy person. It was a pleasure working with him. Let me not forget the folks that work at the front desk... they where very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. We had our roof replaced less than 2 years ago by Rowe Roofing. We had a leak recently. I had to call 4 times before Mr. Rowe called me back to discuss this and schedule a time to have someone come out and look at it. When he did call me back he told me (without coming to see the leak) that he was 99% sure the leak was not covered under warranty. He would not schedule a time for anyone to come out and look at the leak without us committing to them fixing it if not under warranty. He became agitated during the conversation and actually hung up on me. When I called back so he could apologize to me no one answered the phone. The unprofessional nature of the company is astonishing.
